Meet chuck norris, a diligent cattle breed with a strong working mentality. His loyalty knows no bounds, and his intelligence is truly remarkable. Chucky can be cautious around strangers, but once trust is established, he becomes incredibly sweet and protective. He thrives best in a pet-free household where he can focus his attention on the people he loves and ensures their safety with unwavering dedication.JOB SEEKER: This pet would benefit from a job to do! Do you have a farm, ranch, barn, warehouse, or other large property that could use some extra paws? We have identified this pet as an excellent candidate for the rural life due to his/her breed, temperament, or history. Ask a staff member for more information!

Story
Ruger belonged to my dad who passed away recently. She is very sweet & would be perfect for an active senior looking for well-behaved companionship. She is well mannered, gentle, very loyal & super smart. She is a sensitive soul & would do well with gentle correction while learning the rules of a new home. Ruger likes going to the dog park, hiking & walks. She is a dream to walk on a leash but also does well off-leash on wilderness trails. I believe she may also have experience walking next to her human riding a bike. She is completely house trained, doesnt chew things, doesnt get on furniture, is trained to ride on the floor in a vehicle, knows commands like sit & lay down among others, will pee on command & has gone through training to be a therapy dog (although I dont know if she has any graduation certificate). Ruger is friendly when meeting new people, gets along with kitties, but doesnt have experience with young children. She may do better as the only dog in a household.

Story
Julia is a 7/8 year old red heeler/pittie mix who is looking for her forever home. Julia is currently living in a multi dog house with dogs that she does not get along with. She doesn't like having new or unfamiliar dogs or animals in her space as she is highly dog selective. She lives with 2 older cats and does fine with them as she has gotten used to them and they stick up for themselves. She is ideally looking for a dog savvy single dog household to bring out the best version of herself. She is looking for someone to take her on long walks and have cuddle time with as she lives for loving and being with her people. With proper time and  training I believe she would be a great hiking companion. Julia loves all food/treats. This dog comes with 3 private training sessions with a local dog trainer to help with the transition of a new home.  If you think you and her are the right fit please contact (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Story
I acquired this pet from a friend that was moving to Denver. Bluey is 6 months old and is an Aussie border collie bread. This dog has a positive well behaved energy. This breed is very smart and overall a happy dog willing to play and be affectionate with others. I want this dog to have a place in which he will have a place to run around freely with a big yard and that the owner will have time and show this dog lots of affection.
