Story
Tulip is walking on a leash like a perfect dog and happily engaging in the outside world!! Tulip is going to be an amazing family dog! She is a gentle girl whose breeds deceive the incredibly mellow disposition that she actually has. Little Tulip came down with us and was quite shy. She got over that at the foster home, and now loves to play with the other dogs in the house and enjoys getting pets. She is going to be a snuggler who follows your every command and loves you every day. She is gentle and goofy and is crate trained and house trained. She would prefer that she is the only dog in her new home, but is fine when she sees dogs on a walk or outside. Tulip enjoys children almost more than anything; in fact, children are one thing that gets her tail wagging quickly, and feeling safe. She does play and run, and is fine letting other dogs know when she wants the toy or is done playing, and then just chills out and is thrilled getting loved in a home. She has been walking on a leash outside of the home and done very well, even in situations that may be loud or startling! We are so proud of her growth at her foster home! As she has been growing, she is getting long and lean, as seen in her pics. She would love to be your partner and sleep on your feet all day long after a walk or excursion!

Story
Mufasa is a very loving dog who enjoys playing with kids, hiking and camping. He has a bit of social anxiety when he first meets people, especially males, but quickly warms up to them and then he's best buds. He's got a unique singing voice anytime he hears sirens and actually sings along to certain songs on the radio! He's very intelligent and loves climbing boulders and exploring during hikes. He's a wonderful dog but we're unable to give him the space and attention he needs with our busy lives and want the best quality of life for him.

Story
The Brush gang arrived at the Rescue from Brush, CO.  Animal Control had them for some time and could not find their furever families, so they asked for help.  They are a sweet, friendly group of Austrailian Cattledog, Lab and pittbull.   They are a very energetic and happy group that can jump high, so a high fence with a large yard or property will be needed for these pups.   Brush pink flowers is an almost 2 year old and looks mostly Cattledog with her spots, she is spayed, microchipped and current on shots.  She is kennel trained but has not spent time in the house, she has her own kennel at night but shares her yard with her brother. Please fill out an application at www.fureverdogdenver.com   If you have any questions or to meet me, please call (720) 588-6809. ##1788564##

Story
Hi, I'm Kalamata. I am a petite and small little lady, weighing 20 pounds. It took me a couple of weeks, but I am finally comfortable with my foster mom's. They have sooo much patience with me. I like to chew A LOT; I try not to chew things I'm not supposed to but sometimes I just can't help it. I'm still a little scared to go outside and I definitely won't pee and poop out there. I like mom cleaning it up inside. My foster mom's try to potty train me, but I can be quite stubborn. I love playing with toys and with my foster mom's, running up and down the hallway is also a blast. Cuddling and pets are the BEST THING EVER!! I still bark at noises and people because it takes me awhile to trust them. And you'd better let me sleep in your room or I'll bark and scratch at your door. My crate still scares me, though mom tries to help me be comfortable in it by positive reinforcement I'm still not a big fan. Some of my favorite foods are beef, chicken, and peanut butter. I won't beg vocally, but if you look at my face you won't be able to resist giving me food. I need a furever family who is loving, patient and willing to train me. The only command I know is no, and boy do my foster mom's say that a lot. I'm a stinker, but deep down inside I love so hard.I am in a foster home. If you would like to meet me please fill out an application on our website and someone will be in touch with you!

Grubup is a very well mannered, friendly calm dog. He loves adventures and has been on many hikes and even backcountry skiing. He has amazing recall and learns quickly. He loves other dogs and gets along with cats. During the day, he is left to free roam the house and has never been destructive though doesn't hesitate to take something yummy off the counter if it's left unattended. He is fully house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. Grubup is a big love bug and would love to find his own people to cuddle with. He is in a foster home. The next step is to fill out an application on our website to adopt him and someone will be in touch with you!
