Story
The Brush gang arrived at the Rescue from Brush, Colorado.  Animal Control had them for some time and could not find their forever families, so they asked for help.  They are a sweet, friendly group of cattle dogs, labs, and pit bulls.  They are a very energetic and happy group that can jump high; a large fenced yard or property would be great for Flowers.   Flowers is 3 years old and looks mostly Cattledog with her spots; she is spayed, microchipped, and current on shots.  She is kennel and house trained and knows the doggie door.  She has been in a foster home for quite some time; she gets along with other dogs and likes people.  She would do best in a house with active older kids that can keep up with her energy level. Please fill out an application at www.fureverdogdenver.com.  If you have any questions or want to meet her, please call (720) 588-6809. ##1788564##

Story
Rozata came to Soul Dog in October 2025 nursing four small puppies. She was extremely skinny, covered in scabs from sarcoptic mange, and very timid. She immediately went to a quiet foster home to raise her babies and get healthy. She has started to come out of her shell, turned into a beauty and is sure to become someone's beloved friend. She is completely housetrained, quiet, and loving. She has learned how to walk on a leash, and loves to just stand close to her humans and be fed treats. She has been around other dogs and kids and done well. Her temperament is quiet and gentle, and she may do best in a calm and adult household. She likely has not lived in a house as a pet before coming to Soul Dog, and will need a family committed to showing her all the ways of the world and helping her sweet nature continue to blossom with confidence. She is in a foster home, please apply on our website if you are interested in adopting her. Email adopt@souldog.org with any questions.

Story
Meet Yarnaby.Yarnaby is an adorable low rider with a long body, short legs, and a big personality packed into a small frame. He is still young and likely will not get much bigger, but his confidence, curiosity, and joy for life are already full sized. He is a total love bug with his people. Indoors, Yarnaby is happy to curl up close for snuggles, lounge nearby, and soak up attention. Outdoors, his playful side comes out and he is ready to explore, romp, and make friends. He has a silly, spunky streak and can be a little bossy in a funny and harmless way, but he listens well and learns quickly.Yarnaby enjoys other dogs and loves playtime. His enthusiasm can be a bit much for more laid back pups at first, but with the right match and gentle guidance he does great. He would be very happy with a playful canine buddy or as an only dog where he can be the center of attention. He is still learning his manners and making great progress. He lets you know when he needs to go outside and continues to improve with consistency. Leash walking is coming along and will get even better with practice and patience.Yarnaby is friendly with people and has a happy, social nature. While he has not had much exposure to kids yet, he shows no concerning behaviors and would likely do well with respectful children. He is calm indoors and may be a little vocal outside when he is alert or excited.Yarnaby is currently in foster care. For any questions or to learn more about adopting Yarnaby, please reach out to adopt@souldog.org.Overall, Yarnaby is a sweet, confident, playful, and affectionate dog who brings a lot of joy wherever he goes. With love, structure, and a little continued training, he is going to be a wonderful and very lovable companion.
