Story
Bingo is a good puppy (age is approximately 9 months). We adopted her from a local shelter and have been training her for a couple months with the guidance of a professional trainer. She knows and follows several commands including; sit, stay, place, down and she's walking trained too. She is energetic and loving/affectionate. She is happy to lay next to you or right on top of you if you invite her up. Our house is a zoo and a bit too chaotic for her though, which is why we need to re-home her. She'd do really well in a single pet household.

Story
Hobbs is a 10-month-old Australian Cattle Dog/Armenian Gampr/German Shepherd, and he’s full of love, energy, and personality! Hobbs is: ❤️ Super friendly and social with people and other pets 🏃‍♀️ Full of energy and loves outdoor walks and playtime with dogs and people 🎾 Fun-loving and enjoys interactive toys 🛏️ House-trained and crate-trained Hobbs deserves a family who can give him lots of attention and care. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule and being away from home so much of the time since I live alone, I just can’t give Hobbs the time, attention, and care that he truly deserves. It breaks my heart, but I know he needs a home where people can be there for him more regularly. He would make a great family dog and would love a fellow doggie to live with.

12/19/24 02:44Doggy Day Out Report:Today I: Today I made a new friend and went on a Dog Day Out adventure to the park! I was so excited to meet my new buddy that I couldn’t stop wriggling while they tried to put my harness on. It was a little embarrassing, but hey, I was just that excited!Getting into the car was a bit scary—I’m still working on being brave—but my friend helped me out by picking me up and giving me a treat for being such a good boy. Once we hit the road, I took my job as navigator very seriously, giving lots of kisses to make sure we were heading the right way. When we got to the park, oh boy, the smells were AMAZING! We walked through the park, explored the neighborhoods, and even hiked up some hills. I kept checking in with my friend (and maybe tried to hug them every time I did—oops!). They didn’t seem to mind, though, because I got plenty of treats. Speaking of treats, have I mentioned my favorite sound? It’s the crinkling of a treat bag opening—music to my ears! ??I also showed off my sitting skills while waiting for treats. I nailed it (mostly), but I guess I could work on being more patient...whatever that means.

Prancer was left at a distant shelter as an under-aged puppy at 6 weeks old. She was nervous so the shelter put her with Dancer Shep mix also 6 weeks old. We rescued both of them and now they are doing great at their hero puppy foster home. They will get a great start since their foster home is also a trainer. Both are playful and adorable. More info. to come. They will be available when they are 8 weeks old. Appears to have strong prey drive. Video from first hour at their foster home. https://www.facebook.com/FFRescue/videos/1100628651741940 Update from Foster Home 1/3/25: Prancer has a very sweet personality and she is quite cuddly. She plays with chew toys and play pretty well with Dancer. She is a herding breed type so probably no cats.January 5, 2025, 12:36 am

Story
Maverick is a puppy from a litter born on October 28 in an overcrowded Central Valley Shelter. He and his littermates were rescued along with their affectionate mother when only 4 days old. Their mother, Kismet is a very sweet and affectionate 35 lb. Australian Cattle Dog. While the identity of the father remains a mystery, judging by the puppy’s size, he was a larger breed dog. We suspect the puppies adult weight will be 60-70 lbs. At their foster home, the puppies spend their nights snuggled together in two large, combined exercise pens. By day, they eagerly explore and play in the large side yard and love when humans come to play and interact with them. If you are prepared to take on the rewarding challenge of raising Maverick to be your new BFF, please complete our application that can be found on our website: 1luckydogrescue.org or contact their foster mom, Nancy at nancymoore016@gmail.com. If contacting by email, please tell us a little about the home you would offer the puppy.
