Story
Hi my name is Kinley, I'm a 10yr old Australian Cattle dog mix that currently weights about 48lbs! I am a loving and affectionate senior gal looking for a home with a favorite person that I can enjoy relaxing walks with. I'm a sweet older gal that already knows the ropes and can't wait to find the perfect new bed just for me. I'm totally ok saying hello to new dogs, but at my age, I prefer to leave the playing for the youngsters. Please be sure to bring in the entire household to meet with me prior to adding me to the family! For more information, just ask Customer Service about Kinley ID# A953918 I recently went for a walk with one of my PHS Volunteer friends! Here is what they had to say: Sweet old lady! Really easy to gear and great to walk. I opened the door and she was sitting there waiting for me. She's a loose leash walker and might be potty trained.Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.  You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Story
7:15 M 44 Are you looking for a dog friend for your dog? Then Koa is your man! He absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys playtime. He is incredibly dog social with dogs big or small. SPECIAL FOSTER or home NEEDED for a very special pup. Koa is a cattle dog mix, who is two years old. In his foster home, he is mostly confident, although he can still get spooked by sudden movements and loud noises. He loves to play constantly with other dogs. He can be too much for small dogs, but he does well with confident, developed younger dogs. Koa would do best in a country or rural area that is quiet without too much stimulation. Unfortunately, outside of the home, he is insecure. We are seeking a home or foster who is experienced in helping a very shy and anxious dog come out of his shell and has the patience and time to work with him on building his confidence. Koa has become very affectionate with his foster mom, and he has been good with all the dogs that have come through his foster home. He is crate trained and good in the house. If you are interested in meeting please fill out an application at our website: www.gobeyondrescue.org/adopt Our adoption fee is $450 and includes spay/neuter, microchipping and up to date vaccines. We adopt within 200 miles of San Francisco.

Story
Rusty is 5yo and was adopted from an elderly family member that did not have the ability to give him the proper care he needed. Due to this, he was severely overweight (60lbs) when adopted, but through lots of hard work and time he is now down to a healthy 35lbs. He is a very sweet and loving boy, but due to living in a backyard with little to no contact with the outside world he is very wary and skiddish of new people, places, and things. He loves to play, has never showed any signs of aggression towards anything or anyone, but he does take time to warm up to new people and surroundings. He has received professional training, has good recall, can walk of leash well, and is fine being left alone for extended periods of time. However, he can be very vocal when he wants something (food, attention, etc), needs to go potty pretty frequently, and likes to stick to a routine. He would do best in an active home where he can get lots of exercise and love.

Story
Boba Fetch is a 6.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. True to his Star Wars-inspired name, he’s loyal, affectionate, and a little bit goofy. Boba loves meeting new people, adores butt scratches, and is always eager to show off his smarts—he knows his commands well and is easily redirected with yummy treats. This curious guy enjoys long walks, where his excellent leash manners and love for sniffing everything make him the perfect outdoor companion. While Boba needs to be the only dog in the home due to his reactivity, he thrives with adopters who can continue his training, using techniques like 180 turns to manage distractions. A backyard or patio where he can potty in peace would make him happiest. If you’re looking for a loyal, lovable, and slightly quirky addition to your family, Boba Fetch is ready to join your galaxy.
