Story
Hello, We are looking for a good home for our fun energetic long haired liver colored German Shepard. His name is Stetson and recently circumstances have changed where-in we are unable to give him the time and attention he needs to thrive and live his best life. As hard as it is for me to rehome him, I know it is the best thing for him. He is so sweet and loveable. He has a lof of energy and would be great with someone with an active lifestyle or a home with room for him to run around. If you would like to meet him, please message me.

Story
PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING Please only submit one online application. List all of the dogs you're interested on the application. Meet Tyson! Tyson and his three littermates were pulled from the Porterville Shelter with no time left and they were next in line to be killed. Amazingly we had a foster offer for all four boys in mid March. Tyson has been there since then and we don't really know why. Tyson is doing really well in his foster home. This is what his foster mama has to say about him - "Tyson loves people attention and would crawl right into my lap if allowed. He walks well on a leash and loves to come inside for special attention. Tyson goes in and out of his crate easily and will settle in there with a favorite chew toy, which he gives dedicated attention. He’s quiet during the night in his crate. He loves to play with every dog he’s ever met. Tyson has been interested in my cats, alert and wants to get closer but pays attention to direction to leave them alone." Tyson would probably enjoy snuggling in bed with his new person though. He was neutered, vaccinated and microchipped at the shelter. We really can't say enough good things about this boy and think he will do well in any type of home. Could your home be the one for Tyson? If you are interested in meeting Tyson click the following link. https://form.jotform.com/221116924195050. Complete and submit our online dog application. Please note, you only need to complete the application once, even if you're interested in multiple dogs that are available. Story
Jewel's story is a heartbreaking one. It took us over a year to get her. She had an owner in Rosarito Mexico, but he would not feed her and only used her for breeding and guarding the property. Her last 2 litters came into our rescue very sick because of his overwhelming neglect. He only surrendered them when he thought they were going to die and he didn't want to deal with that "inconvenience." But after her last litter passed away we used that as the momentum to finally push him to allow us to take her. Because of the laws in Mexico you cant just steal a dog that has a legal owner without physical abuse videoed so we needed his permission to take her. I'll never forget the first time she came in the house, she wanted to so badly, and the moment she realized that she now had a bed in the house she lost it! She has the sweetest and sunniest disposition we have ever met! All she wants is love and attention. Her favorite are hugs, they solve any situation. If she is naughty, she needs a hug. If its beautiful out, she wants a hug. She is very smart and learns new skills quickly. She will do anything for pets and snuggles!

Story
This is Shyla, she is 7 years old and absolutely loves people. She enjoys playing with her ropes and usually encourages a human to play with her! She also enjoys chewing on her green chew toy. She can be active but likes to lounge as well! Due to finances and Shyla not getting along with other animals, we are looking for a better home to meet her needs. The ideal home would be without animals. Possibly with older children or adults within the home (She has not been around children too much).

Story
Mac is a young two-year old male black with white furnishings male dog. He is 50% Cattle Dog and 50% German Shepherd - per Embark DNA. He is excellent on leash but has NO recall off leash - he is high energy, with a fabulous personality. Dislikes cats but is bonded to Flea who is a two-year old pure bred Chihuahua(you will have Mac and Flea, not Mac and Cheese). Flea worships the ground that Mac walks on but he also does not allow himself to be pushed around. He lives to sit on someone's lap and be cuddled when he is not following Mac. These two boys were strays and their owner has never been found. It is time for these two gorgeous boys to go to a home where they are loved and appreciated for their temperaments, intelligence and great looks. Mac weighs about 60 pounds and Flea weighs 4 pounds.
