Hi my name is Max. I was adopted by my mom Melissa but she has a very busy schedule and hates to leave me at home by myself all day. We live in a small studio so having room for me to play like a yard is important. I love to run and am SUPER energetic. I love long walks, I’m easy to train, and I get along with all types of dogs and kids! I need a home that can offer tons of attention and space to play all day.

Story
I’ve always wanted a dog and was excited to get Irwin from the shelter near my house. He was there for almost 3 weeks. Since then I have been seeking to provide a good home for him but due to changes in life I no longer feel like I can give him that. He was such a fun dog, lots of energy to play around with. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be able to give him the kind of life his breeding really needs. Looking for a good house for him to go to. Thank you, Phil.

Story
Please contact Suzanne (catsfordays@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Cattle Dog mix07/19/2023 We would like you to meet Fifi. She is a 1.5 - 2 year old red heeler (cattle dog) mix. She was abandoned when her original owners moved. Homeless she roamed the streets for months and nobody took her in. One day she gave birth to 5 puppies in someone's front yard. Animal control was called and we were notified as well. We were given 4 hours before she would have ended up in the shelter. There her faith would have been not in her or her pups favor.  So we opened our home for her to raise her pups. She was an excellent mom and took great care of her babies. All puppies have been adopted and now it is time to find her her forever home. She is shy at first but once warmed up she won't leave your side. She gets along with small and medium size dogs (never been around large dogs that we know of).  Are you the one who will give her the home she deserves? This girl is craving all the love. Please let us know if you are interested and want to meet her.   We are a small rescue run solely by volunteers and rely on donations alone to survive. All major medical and emergency care comes out of our own pockets. We never put an animal down because of cost, no matter how high. Every fur baby deserves a chance at a better life. If you cannot adopt, please consider a small donation to help keep us going!!! -- Saving Just One Cat Won't Change The World But It Will Surely Change The World Of One Cat! Please Give...So They Can Live.    IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS LITTLE ANGEL PLEASE CONTACT HIS/HER FOSTER MOM SUZANNE:  Text at 310-569-8404 or email her at catsfordays@gmail.com Or come see us as PetSmart 4550 West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles CA on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to  4 or 5 pm. - -October 16, 2024, 12:13 am

Story
Meet Misty: Your New Spirited Companion Misty is a lively and affectionate female dog with a personality that lights up any room. Her playful spirit and loving nature make her an excellent addition to any family, especially those with children. Misty’s boundless energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and she has a knack for bringing smiles to everyone she meets. While Misty is generally good with kids and compatible with some dogs, she may not always get along with smaller dogs. Understanding her preferences and providing proper introductions can help her navigate social situations smoothly. Like many dogs, Misty might benefit from a bit of training to ensure she becomes a well-adjusted member of your family. What to Expect When Adopting a Dog Like Misty Energetic Playtime: Misty's vibrant personality means she thrives on active play and engaging activities. Be prepared for lots of fun-filled adventures and sessions of fetch to keep her entertained and happy. Structured Training: Consistent training will be essential to channel Misty’s energy positively and help her learn basic commands. Positive reinforcement techniques will work wonders in shaping her behavior and ensuring she understands expectations. Social Integration: While Misty enjoys the company of children and some dogs, gradual socialization is key to building her confidence. Arrange playdates with friendly dogs and supervised interactions to ease her social journey. Safety Precautions: Given Misty’s less-than-perfect rapport with small dogs, it’s important to supervise her around them to prevent any misunderstandings. Awareness and management of her environment will keep everyone safe and happy. Family Bonding: Misty will thrive in a loving home where she feels like part of the family. Regular family activities, such as walks in the park or cozy evenings in, will strengthen your bond and provide her with the affection she craves. By welcoming Misty into your home, you’re inviting a whirlwind of joy and spirited companionship. Her lively nature and affectionate heart are sure to fill your days with laughter and love. If you're ready to embrace a dynamic and loving furry friend, Misty might just be the perfect match for you!   If interested please go to our website and fill out an application.
