Story
Hi, I'm Tom! My days are filled with curiosity and fun. I love exploring new toys, smells, and sounds. My friends here say I'm quite the comedian, always ready with a playful bark or a wagging tail to brighten up the day. But what I cherish the most is the bond I share with people. There's nothing like the joy of seeing my favorite humans, their smiles are my biggest reward. I'm loyal to a fault, and I promise to be your most devoted friend. I might be living in a shelter, but I'm dreaming of a home. A home where I can share my sweetness, friendliness, and playful spirit. Adopt me, and let's fill our days with laughter, love, and lots of fetch!November 7, 2024, 6:55 pm

Story
Ada is a very down to earth dog. She enjoys going for walks and to get belly rubs, as well as booty scratches.  She LOVES to play with other dogs and toys. She can be very shy at first with people, but warms up quickly. She will most likely do best in a home with other dogs, but we are not sure.  I would consider her partially housetrained because if she has an outside area to potty in, she does not go in her room, but she does potty in that designated area overnight. Ada is 2 years old now and weighs about 45lbs. She has a black patch over one eye and beautiful touches of brown throughout her coat. She really is a beautiful gal!  If you have any questions or would like to come meet Ada, please go to our website www.schspets.org and complete an adoption application. We will contact you after that! You can also call the shelter at 870-269-5200 with questions. November 5, 2024, 10:35 am

Story
Are you in the mood to cuddle? So is Ballet. Are you in the mood to run around and play? So is Ballet! She is down for whatever the mood calls for. Ballet adapts to her environment and although she can be shy with strangers, she gets used to them pretty quick and comes out of her shell. She does great with most other dogs and kids too. Her mother is a Red Heeler (40lbs) and dad may have been a German Shepherd, but we do not know. She has slightly wirey-hair and look at those big ears! This young lady is spayed, vaccinated and ready for adoption!  If you have any questions or would like to come meet Ballet, please go to our website www.schspets.org and complete an adoption application. We will contact you after that! You can also call the shelter at 870-269-5200 with questions. November 5, 2024, 10:35 am

Story
Tucker will be 2 years old in January 2025. He's very sweet and very trainable. We have two young children and he's always been very good around both of them. He has a lot of energy and between work/ school/ family/ home, we have not been able to give him the time he needs to really train him well so he's a handful currently. He's very trainable, seeking of instruction. He's very intelligent and loves to play. He is current on his shots as of July 2024.
