Story
Winston is a sweet and loving 1.5-year-old boy. Winston had surgery to remove one of his back legs due to being hit by a car. Now Winston is running and playing with the other dogs just like any other young guy.      Winston is everybody's new best friend. He adores school age kids, plays well with dogs big and small and is an all around goofy loveable dogs. His ideal home is one with a dog door leading to a securely fenced yard. Winston is amazing and smart.  He learned how to use the doggy door with a bad leg and now is a tripod. He is quick to learn and very lovable. Winston is only about 35 pounds and would love another dog to wrestle and play with him. Winson loves everybody and adores school age kids. Due to his injury he will never be a dog that needs or wants long walks...a yard where he can play would be ideal! A dog door is important too!   Winston has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think Winston could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application* at: https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/ .       *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.  November 24, 2024, 6:49 pm

Story
This handsome guy is sweet, loves being pet, going for walks, hiking, and playing with other dogs. He is very timid at first since he has been abused. Looking for a patient family that will give him time to warm up and learn to trust. Good with dogs large and small. Likes lounging on the couch and wading in his pool when not busy playing. Needs a good 6 foot fence, as he will run away if scared. Give this guy a chance and call his foster mom to set up a meeting. 601-479-2601

Story
Ginger is a sweet loving dog who absolutely loves humans. She loves to cuddle and be around her people 24/7. Up until recently she has been great with other dogs. She is extremely smart and catches on to training and commands very quickly. We would recommend at this point that she be the only dog in the home. We have adult children and teenage nieces and nephews so we do not know how she would respond to younger children. Up until the recent issues with our other dog she truly has been a perfect pet!

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply.  Meet Mr. Wiggles, the wiggliest, happiest pup you'll ever meet! This 3-year-old cattle dog mix is a bundle of joy, and his entire body wiggles with excitement whenever he sees his human friends. Mr. Wiggles has a big personality and an even bigger heart, always ready to show his love. His favorite activities include playing with his toys, going on adventurous walks, splashing around in the water, and cruising in the car. He's potty trained, crate trained, and eager to please, making him the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a well-trained dog. Mr. Wiggles would love a home with a secure yard where he can run around and play to his heart's content. While he adores kids, he’s best suited for a home with older children (12+) since he can get a little too excited and might accidentally knock over the little ones. He’s a superstar when it comes to making friends with humans, but he might do best as the only pet in the home, or with a friendly, tolerant dog after proper introductions. No cats or small dogs, please! Mr. Wiggles is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. He's ready to find his forever home where he can wiggle his way into your heart!   If you think Mr. Wiggles is a match for you and your family, please fill out the application below  *** ADOPT: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FPP/Dog ***FOSTER: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/FPP/Dog Located in Phoenix, AZ Call 602-370-5510November 5, 2024, 6:38 pm

Story
PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply. Meet Paisley - The Playful, Sweetheart Pup Ready for Her Forever Home! Say hello to Paisley, an energetic and adorable 6-7 month old pup who was rescued from the Rez just two months ago. Since then, she has blossomed into a delightful and playful companion, eagerly awaiting her forever family. Paisley is a quick learner and already knows how to sit on command. She’s eager to continue her training and show off her smarts! This lively girl strikes a perfect balance between being active and entertaining herself, whether she's playing with dogs of all sizes or coexisting with confident cats who set gentle boundaries. Fully potty-trained, crate-trained, and a pro at using the doggy door, Paisley is also getting the hang of leash manners and can’t wait to go on walks with her new family. Her ideal home is one that can provide her with plenty of playtime and opportunities for socialization, helping her grow into the best version of herself. Paisley would love to have another dog friend. While Paisley's great with dogs and cats, we aren't sure how she is with kids yet. If the kids are respectful and gentle with dogs, Paisley might just do great with them too. If you're ready for a fun-loving pup who’s already on her way to being an amazing companion, Paisley might be the perfect addition to your home! This smart pup is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccines, making her ready to settle into her forever home.    Interested in meeting Paisley or learning more about her?
