He would have loved nothing more than to spend his life with this love-bug....but his roommate was allergic....ACHOO! His owner wanted to make sure this sweet boy did not fall into the wrong hands or wind up in a shelter...so they reached out to us. Who could say no that face? Giovanny (that is the best name) is approx. 3mos old and is said to be a Pug/Cattle Dog mix. He is in the process of being fully vetted, getting all his vaccinations and will be neutered and microchipped PRIOR to adoption. Giovanny is dog and people friendly. He is such a lover. He has lots of puppy energy and will need a home that has puppy knowledge and puppy patience. Giovanny would love kids to keep him busy. At this stage he would not do well being alone or in a crate all day. He is doing well with potty training and is a "wildly fun goofball"....say's his foster! ** ARIZONA ONLY ** ** What a beautiful baby!!! Charlie is just 8-9 months old (as of December 2024) and is a sweet and playful as puppies come! He is good with other dogs, and also enjoys children who are at least 12 years old and of a respectful and kind nature. Charlie was born almost deaf -- we think he can hear a little bit (very little). Because of this, young children (or those who lack understanding and respect) have tendency to startle him.... he doesn't hear when you're coming, so a gentle and thoughtful approach is needed so he doesn't get scared when startled. Currently, Charlie is 50 pounds and we expect him to grow just a bit more. He really loves to run and play, so a yard is a must for him. We also think he'd love to have another dog in the home -- a playful and compatible dog to be his BFF. Charlie also enjoys playing fetch, though you'll need a few toys and balls because he doesn't always bring them right back :) Charlie has nice manners and is willing to learn more. He follows hand commands and will sit on command.... even better if there is a treat involved :) I met Charlie to take pictures and learn his personality; and truly, I fell in love with him in about 30 seconds. He is a sweet, sweet puppy with so much love and happiness. His personality is absolutely charming and he is as adorable as can be! Charlie tolerates a bath and nail trim very nicely, as well as brushing his beautiful coat. He doesn't even mind nail trims. He is genuinely a sweetheart. Charlie is neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped. He'll go home with collar and ID tag, harness and leash, and a few other goodies like his favorite toys. We can set up a meet & greet upon approved application. Please email to request one.
