Meet POLKA-DOTTA SPOTTA!! Nice to meet you! I have polka dots covering my pretty white fur. I'm just 2.5 yrs old, and am a beautiful gal looking for my very own Best Friend! Sadly, I've spent most of my life young adult life in the shelter or boarding. I would love someone to give me a chance to have a REAL home! I'm super playful and very active, which has been very hard on me in a boarding environment, so I'm hoping that my BFF will come along very soon. It is lonely here, and i would like a home of my own. I hate to put restrictions on our friendship, but i do have a few "needs" requirements. I prefer to be your only animal, as I am not real friendly with other pups. I have not been around kids in quite a long time and I'm not quite sure yet that I like them, so it would be safer for me to be in an all adult home. It does take me a while to warm up to new people, so a home that doesn't have lots of people coming and going would be best. Also, an ACTIVE home with someone who likes to run, hike or long walks would be ideal, as i really, really love to play and go for walks!! Once I warm up to my people, I'm as loyal as they come! My personality will bring tons of happiness and love into your life! Spotta will do best in a home with someone with a good amount of patience, as our little gal hasn't been in an actual home environment since a puppy. She is VERY smart and learn quick, and eager to please! She's already housebroken and crate trained, though she prefers to be outside of her kennel as she's been cooped up for such a long time already! Adopter will need to have no breed restrictions. As is typical for the herding/working breed, he is higher energy so he will do best in an active home. He's VERY friendly and loves everyone once he's gotten to know them. Kobe is already leash trained and loves walks. He's housebroken AND crate trained. He'd make an excellent co-pilot, as he also loves to go for quick trips in the car! For some odd reason, the people who found her thought they should literally stab her in the back (while pregnant) to slow her down to catch her. No one stepped up for her, so she has been altered (as of 2/12/24) and is very well socialized with cats and dogs! Rayne is a typical heeler and picks a person to be her person. Rayne is microchipped and her information will need to be registered. Rayne is a jumper - she can climb and scale walls under 5ft in height. To my knowledge, she has no experience with children, but would do really well with older kids. Nuca is a sweet nervous brown mini aussie, but she bonds well to people after a good introduction. She's full of energy and clings to her people for attention - but she is also happy to chill out on the couch or under your chair when working most of the day! NO children however - she is not aggressive towards them but is extremely uncomfortable with them, we are unsure on cats, she may do best in a home without other dogs. A home with a small yard would be most ideal, Nuca needs more leash training but was crate trained at 1 years old though she is allowed to roam the house since we work from home, and travels well in a car. Groomer has had no issues with her. Nuca has been an indoor pup for all her 3 years! She likes chew toys and running around crazy in the back yard! She hates cleaning supplies like vacuums or brooms. Will bark excessively when left unattended for long periods so I would not recommend apartment owners or people that work all day.
