Pet Description: Ruby is a 1 1/2 yr old female, 37 lbs, maybe a Heeler/Husky mix but just our best guess. She was found by a wonderful family who wanted to keep her and had all of her vetting done but she just would not stop chasing the cattle so looks like Ruby is not a good farm dog candidate. She is crate-trained but not housetrained, loves children & getting attention. Is very smart, also VERY active - will need a 6' fence as she can easily sail over a 4'-5' fence and then does like to go investigate far and wide. Do not even think of chaining her (which is against our adoption standards and contract) as once she figures out what you are going to do she will take off and play keep away. Might be a great agility candidate to channel some of her energy. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100.
