Story
Available for adoption in TX, NE and PNW! Meet Ellie! This adorable cuddle companion is in search of her forever home! She delights in leisurely strolls and cherishes moments spent with her humans. Upon meeting new faces, she promptly snuggles into their laps, seeking affectionate pets and gentle scratches. While she might not excel as a guard dog, beware, for she'll effortlessly steal your heart with her endearing puppy dog eyes. Ellie isn't too keen on toys; she much prefers belly rubs and affectionate booty scratches. Outdoors, she explores with curiosity, sniffing around and trotting here and there. She's not overly active and finds contentment in a cozy couch, occasional pets, and brief walks. In essence, she's more of a "Netflix and chill" kind of gal. When it comes to other dogs, Ellie has her preferences, so a meet-and-greet with potential canine companions is recommended. She has experience with cats and gets along well with them. Additionally, she has been around children and relishes their company. Ellie is crate trained, spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and on preventatives. She's currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, awaiting her forever family. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Available in TX, PNW & NE (excluding NH and MA) This handsome man is Jake Gyllenpaws. Jake is a real model and is good at stealing hearts with his good looks. His foster mom says Jake has the "model look to him. He lays down and when you stop petting him, he looks back at you with "Blue Steel." Of course, this look often ends with more pets and kisses for the sweet boy. How could you not just love all over this boy? Jake loves to cuddle on the couch and be by your side soaking up all the love. After being stuck in the shelter, Jake has been working so hard on his doggie manners and wants to show you how far he's come. He can sit, lie down, and has been working on learning to stay. He is potty trained and loves to be outside in a yard with his family. He doesn't much care for the crate, but his foster family is committed to showing him it can be a pawsitive place. Jake is a gentle boy and sensitive. After his last vet visit, he looked quite sad, so his foster mom took him to get a pup-cup and it made him very happy again. Jake will require continued spoiling and love, as he deserves the best. Jake is living with 2 other dogs in his foster family and loves having play mates. They get along very well outside of treat time. Jake would prefer not to share. It's likely best to feed Jake separately from other resident dogs since he's still learning that sharing is caring. This Jake Gyllenpaws isn't a fan of cats. A home without felines is best for him. Jake is a velco boy and loves to be with his family. His human foster brother is turning out to be his best friend. Jake is learning to be gentle with him because he gets so excited when he sees him. Although Jake hasn't met any smaller children, we think he would do well with kids over 10. He does like the zoomies and with his zest for life, he may knock over the smaller ones trying to play. Sweet Jake is a real lap dog at heart and loves being by your side. If you're looking for an energetic and loving pup to join your family, Jake Gyllenpaws could be the perfect match for you! Available in TX only! Granger, a 54-pound young adult rescue dog, embodies a unique blend of traits that make him an endearing companion. Initially cautious around strangers, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate friend once he establishes trust. His wide-set, beautiful eyes are a distinctive feature, complemented by charmingly bow-legged stature reminiscent of a bulldog. Granger thrives in the company of other dogs, eagerly seeking opportunities to snuggle and play with his furry pals. His social nature extends to adoring kids, showcasing gentle and amiable behavior around them. A testament to his adaptability, Granger is both kennel and potty trained, demonstrating discipline and understanding of boundaries. His gradual acclimatization to car rides mirrors his overall willingness to embrace change and learn. Granger's journey from a hesitant newcomer to a beloved companion reflects his resilient spirit and willingness to form deep connections. In essence, Granger is an amiable, adaptable, and affectionate dog whose gradual warmth towards strangers underscores his loyalty and trustworthiness once he embraces friendship. Story
Mister is a joyful, sweet-natured boy with a heart as big as his smile! This handsome guy is the perfect mix of playfulness and cuddles—he’s always up for a game of fetch with his favorite ball, followed by cozy snuggles with his people. Mister is one of those dogs who can light up any room with his wagging tail and infectious, happy grin. Friendly, adventurous, and great with kids, Mister is truly the total package. He does well with other dogs as long as introductions are balanced and easy-going. However, Mister is not a fan of feline friends, so he would do best in a cat-free home. Potty-trained and crate-trained, he’s got great manners and is ready to fit right into your home with ease. Mister is currently heartworm positive, but don’t worry—his treatment will be covered, and he's ready to heal up in a loving, forever home. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and spirited companion who will shower you with kisses and fill your days with joy, Mister is waiting for you! Heartworm is unfortunately quite common in Texas due to the warm, humid climate that allows mosquitoes, which spread heartworm, to thrive year-round. Many dogs in Texas face this risk, but the good news is that heartworm treatment is very effective. With proper medical care, including the treatment provided at adoption, dogs can fully recover and go on to lead long, healthy, and happy lives. With preventive medication, heartworm can be kept at bay, allowing dogs to enjoy an active, fulfilling life with their families. To add Mister to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. He is wagging his tail and wiggling his butt at just the thought of finding his forever home and his story is just beginning! His next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2219801##

Adopted from Seattle Animal Shelter earlier this year. New apartment does not allow dogs over 50 pounds or of certain breeds so my daughter is having to rehome him. He is currently living with her parents. He knows basic commands and has excellent recall. Comes to a whistle. He loves car rides and going to dog park. He loves to play ball/catch and is very focused on the ball. Loves to cuddle. Easy to bath. He is crate trained. He would thrive best in a home with a yard, he loves hanging out while you do yard work or work on the car.

Story
Meet Abby! This beautiful 8-month-old, 33-pound princess is truly the most adorable and cute little girl you'll ever meet. She is a little survivor of 12, her mom was abandoned and at one day old, Abby and her 11 siblings were left in a box in the middle of nowhere with no shade. When we came for them after receiving a report from a neighbor of the owner, there were only 5 babies left alive, and we found the rest already dead inside a plastic bag with a knot in it. Abby grew up happy with her litter, they are very active and loving little ones. She is learning to walk on her leash, lives well with dogs and cats and is the most chubby of her litter. She is the smiliest and is very intelligent. It would be ideal for her to grow up in a home with children, she likes walks and although she is a little shy at first, she usually comes out of her shell quickly. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washignton. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.
