This is Teddy and with a name like that, you know what you’re in store for. We’re talking serious big hug energy. We all know the feeling of a perfectly timed hug, it’s a level of free therapy we all want and need- a true teddy bear in every sense! With his soft, cozy, warm brown fur and an irresistible charm, he’s the kind of pup that makes everyone feel better just by being around. From his absolute lover boy vibe to the the fun-uncle approach he has with kids- he is a swoon for the ladies and a dream wingman for the gentlemen. Watch Teddy's adorable antics! Now, let’s get down to business. While we can't be 100% sure about his breed or age, we suspect Teddy is some type of American Staffordshire Terrier mix, estimated to be around 3.5 years old and 62 lbs- a true hunk-of-love. Put the numbers aside, let’s talk about what really matters—Teddy’s personality and where he shines-with kids. He’s been lucky enough to be fostered in a loving home, where he’s mastered the fine art of house manners and is both house and crate trained. Yes, you heard that right—no messy surprises here! But his true crown and glory is how amazingly calm, patient, gentle and tolerant of it all when it comes to the littles. Truly, queue the AWWWW of a room full of women who got to watch a five year old squeeze Teddys neck with whole body for Teddy to turn around and lick his face with all the love a bully can have for a boy. Teddy has never met a stranger, kids are just little people and he is a fan of all the sizes, big to small. If that boy was put on this earth for one thing it’s to spread the warmth of what we call the “Teddy experience,” which starts with slobbery kisses and ends in tail-wagging bliss. He is a family-approved cuddler with a side of patient saint. Plus, he’s a stellar car rider, he will try to call shotgun but no matter where he sits, he will always be your passenger prince. And if you thought he couldn’t get any cuter, just wait until you give him a toy! His playful spirit goes into overdrive. Whether it’s tug-of-war or simply romping around, Teddy’s ready for fun and more than happy to entertain his audience. He’s a strong boy, so consider those play sessions a workout for both of you—mostly fun, with a side of exercise. When it’s time for a walk, he’s all in, eager to sniff every blade of grass! He knows basic leash manners, but his enthusiasm for it all can let him get ahead of himself but a handful of treats and you reminding him of what a good walk looks like and he will pace his enthusiasm. As far as canine-companions go, Teddy fills the “shoes” of at least two dogs and would love to be the one who single-pawed, lights up your life. If you have admired the adoring connection of a mid-size beefcake dog and their long-time owner, you could have that adoration in basically an instant with Reggie. A perfect little buddy, go-to guy, right-hand-man, basically the lover-boy of your dreams! He is easy-going and joyful with an absolutely adoring set of eyes. Connection comes fast and easy with him, making falling in love almost impossible to avoid. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, three separate people were trying to argue over who loved him more. Though Reggie is fully-grown, we believe he will gain a few lbs of “happy-fat” once he is home. With rescue, age and breed are something we can only make an educated guess on but his personality doesn’t leave us guessing- he is a happy boy! This is one of those dogs that is practically glowing with love and sprinkles happiness wherever he goes. He wants love and you and everything else is just a big ol’ bonus. Thanks to his size and his calm, easy-going nature he is great on leash and passes other dogs with ease, though his friendliness means he is going to slow down on occasion to try and meet passing friends. But potty breaks and walks around the block will be a treat for you both. If you have a home with a yard, this guy will be the best addition! A little patch of grass, a spot of sun, and the chance to wander around with you while you garden or lounge by your side while you read is his dream life. From what we have seen, his age comes with all the things a dog lover wants- a house and crate trained, nap-connoisseur. If he is already this happy, we can only imagine how he is going to flourish when he knows he is home and has a person of his very own. Reggie loves kids! At the rescue, Reggie spent time with a toddler and a few young teens, and he was lovely with all of them. He gets excited when they’re merely present, but he’s pretty gentle with them once he’s actually interacting with them. If your kids are used to big dogs, Reggie will fit in perfectly, and adore your kids almost as much as you do! Reggie could easily live with another dog, preferably with the stamina of a mature dog, you know the type- a little play but a lot of lazy, he is also up for the role of your one-and-only. Look at this girl! I personally am a sucker for dogs with resting sad face and Vienna absolutely has one of the cutest! Maybe she learned you get more treats if you look sad, or people offer a little more love to win your heart when you look a sad, whatever the reason, she knows it is working. This girl had me absolutely fawning over her. Look at her then come back to read more about her! With rescue we can never know a dogs breed or age with full confidence but we believe Vienna is 1.5 years old and is some type of pit bull mix but honestly, she looks like a few types all mixed in there. She currently weighs 70 lbs and is fully grown. Viennas favorite thing in the whole world is to be outside! She loves her foster parents swimming pool and just hanging out in the sunshine! We don’t know Vienna’s back story but we are happy to be part of her story moving forward. Found as a stray in a great neighborhood, it sure seems like this girl has been loved in this lifetime. For the next chapter of her life Vienna is looking for a home with another medium to large dog(s), older kids (she is a bit big and easily knocks over little ones) so 10 + is ideal, and a yard. She is house and crate trained! She loves to really bounce around when she plays and because of her healthy size, a home with a yard would be best. Vienna is working on her leash skills but is learning quickly. Speaking of learning quickly, this girl is super treat motivated so if you have a little time and a handful of treats, this girl will learn the basics and a few party tricks with no problem. Vienna can be slow to warm up to the occasional person while also falling hard and fast for others, but all around, she is a friendly and loving dog. Now that I think of it, aren't we all the same way. She has all the makings of a perfect hang-out girlie. I can see the backyard barbecues, football watching parties, and marathon sessions of your favorite reality tv show with her by your side. Andi is a 4-year-old Bulldog/American Stafford Terrier mix, weighing approximately 70 lbs and ready for her “furever” home. Andi is the sweetest girl! She is very friendly with all humans but can become territorial with other dogs, and protective of her space, so she would do best as an only dog. Andi doesn't chase after attention but will stay by your side or at your feet at all times. She walks well on a leash and rarely pulls, even when she sees squirrels or other dogs. Once she trusts you, she responds well to sit and stay commands. She loves running to you with a big smile when released from a stay command in the park. Andi is very well house and potty trained. She doesn't get into the trash but might be tempted by crumbs on an empty plate. The most noise she makes is from her tail wagging against walls, doors, or boxes—she hasn’t barked, even when someone knocks on the door. Andi is eager to learn and strives to be the best companion. It takes time for her to trust and learn about her person, but once she does, she is very eager to please. Andi would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, as she loves to run, waddle, and playfully body-slam her person when called back. She doesn’t jump on you but will turn her body sideways for a loving, playful nudge.

We are so excited to introduce you to the sweetest girl around—Valley Girl! Doesn’t she just remind you of a squishy velvet piggy that you just want to smother with love and kisses?! She absolutely adorable and she’s a bundle of love with a heart as big as her personality. Watch her melt your heart in her video: Valley Girl is the life of the party! If you have guests come over for social hour, this social butterfly will be right there where all the action is. She recently went on a date to a burger joint where there are lots of people and she had so much fun! She does great out in public and walks like an angel with her gentle leader. There isn't a stranger that she doesn't love. Oh, and if there are French fries around, she loves them! She'll try to even share a cute lady and the tramp moment with you and take your French fry. This girl's personality will forever make you laugh and keep you on your toes. Valley loves to be around people and one of our favorite things about her is how cuddly she is. She’ll curl right up next to you on the couch and will lay there for hours. She also is the best at giving hugs. Valley will lean in for those hugs with no hesitation making you feel an overwhelming sense of warmth and happiness. A bit of a lap dog at heart. She’s loves to settle down in her cozy crate at night or when home alone, making her a perfect snuggle buddy! Valley is more than just snuggles and cuteness. She’s smart too! Valley already has mastered commands like sit, stay, out, has a great recall and has learned to walk with a gentle leader. Treats are very helpful too because she loves a good snack. Which will help with any future training as well. She loves toys and has a special talent for jumping high in the air to catch her toys and loves games like tug-of-war and basketball. When she's not busy playing, you can find her entertaining herself with her favorite toys while you’re working. Her joy is absolutely contagious, especially when she’s meeting new friends or soaking up the sunshine. This lovable lady is also a loyal companion, with an infectious enthusiasm for life. She would do great in a home with older kids and with a backyard where she can enjoy those nice summer days and soak in the sun. Valley Girl dreams of being your one and only fur baby which also includes cats. Not to worry though, Valley has enough love and affection than 3 dogs combined. This is the biggest Kitten you will see today! This Kitten is a big, lovable girl who is bouncy and playful, with a contagious amount of happiness. This girl loves her people from the moment she meets them! During her assessment, Kitten couldn’t wait to get closer for some pets and cuddles, her tail wagging the entire time. MEET PADAMAY! Paddy is a stunning Boxer Blend that is ready for her “furever” home. At 2 years old and 75 pounds, she's not just a lap dog; she's a cuddle bug extraordinaire. She has previously resided with a Rottweiler foster sister and 4 other boxer x siblings. Paddy is a sweetheart who adores companionship. Sensitive to loud noises, Paddy isn't a fan of fireworks, gunshots, or other loud sounds. However, she's crate trained and finds solace there during such times. It's important to give her about a 3 weeks to decompress in her new environment, and introductions to new animals should be done gradually. Paddy thrives best with the company of a large, mellow dog. Meet Rio, a pocket sized boxer mix that is attentive and loyal to people. Rio is a well-behaved dog who walks beautifully on a leash, needing only minimal corrections. He’s people-focused, often checking in with his handler during walks and around other dogs. He would love to go on hiking adventures or walks around the neighborhood. Rio could live in apartment due to his smart size and leash skills. But a home with a yard to roam in would be enjoyable for him too! Rio is gentle and relaxed, accepting touch with ease and even allowing himself to be picked up and carried without fuss. He does well with a quick verbal correction and shows no signs of resource guarding affection. While he gets along fine with cats when they’re on the ground, he may chase them if they jump onto high surfaces, so a cat-free home would be ideal. Are you the lucky person who will get to give sweet Kobi his perfect retirement home? This sweet guy is 10 years old and 65 pounds of sweetness. We think he is a pittie mix, but we aren’t for sure, so we just call him our Texas Special- the very best breed. Why is Kobi amazing?? Let’s count the ways! +He will LOVE you unconditionally!! +He will snuggle on the couch with you while you read a book or watch Netflix- he will always let you choose the movie. +He is great on a leash. He is intrigued by other dogs when passing them, but he redirects easily. He loves to go for walks but he is a senior guy, so not too long of walks- he gets tired! +Car rides??
