CLIFFHANGER IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE SHE IS ADOPTED! This is Cliffhanger, a lovely tabby/white small female kitty who was born around 6/28/2023.  She is very affectionate and playful. She loves NAPS.  If you cannot find her, she is likely snuggled up taking a nap.  The perfect work-from-home companion kitty.  She loves to play and loves all cat toys and is definitely loads of fun. She loves to find an open drawer to snuggle in and she is very inquisitive. She could probably be a single kitty, but would also do well with a friendly low-key kitty.  She has never been around dogs and is not recommended for a dog home. She is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  The adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to CT.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring her up north once she is adopted. If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete an online application using this link: http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net.   Once your application is received and processed you will be contacted by an NBAR Volunteer. HARDY IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED! This is Hardy. He gets along great with everyone and other cats. He would do great  with a fun outgoing buddy to play with. Has been around dogs, but is shy of them. He is slightly shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he loves to be petted and snuggled with.  He is gentle but would be skittish around children or high/loud activity.  He loves to zoom to the highest cat tree tops and to watch the fish in the fish-tank. He has a very loud purr machine. He is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  His adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport up north.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring him up north once he is adopted. Story
Miney is half of a bonded pair of DSH’s who we think are somehow related – they were abandoned on our rental property about a year apart as kittens and are now middle aged. Bottle-fed as a kitten, is uber-persistently affectionate at home but does NOT enjoy visiting the vet, requiring gabapentin dosing before departure. He also has a permanent respiratory infection that does not slow him down, but be aware that snot will be an issue. We are having to leave our rental property through no fault of our own, and would like to find him and Andi a warm home that will love them and their quirks for the rest of their days. They have been indoor cats (they make excellent mousers), but Miney has a second job as an escape artist when any outside door is left ajar. (He will eventually return, especially as dinner time rolls around.) They are great around dogs, but untested around humans under 18. We will happily provide you with everything you need!

Story
Havok is well socialized with people, and he gets along with his siblings and my other cat. He's very energetic, and loves to play with toys and his siblings. His name is very hyperbolic; he's a pretty chill cat. I've got four cats in the house at the moment. I'd love to be able to keep him, but it's just been a little chaotic and I'm struggling to keep up.

Story
Chaos is energetic, curious, and playful. He is comfortable around new people, and did not take long warming up to my adult cat. He likes to play with toys and wrestle with his siblings. I have a lot of cats in the house right now, otherwise I'd keep him. His name is very hyperbolic; he's a good cat, not really that chaotic

Story
This cat and 5 others were trapped on a property belonging to our local YMCA that wanted them removed as they have summer recreational programs for children on the site. The Y really did not want these cats in contact with the children and breeding at this site. There are two tortoise shells (females), one black tuxedo (sex?), one all back (female), one gray (sex?) and one orange (male). They have had rabies and distemper shots and are spayed/neutered. Momma Cat (torti) is somewhat friendly but at this time the others are suitable to be barn cats. They will need to be confined for at least several weeks and fed before being released. Please consider these kitties if you have a mouse problem!

Story
Hi! My name is Tails! Some people call me Ashley or Baby Cat, though. I'm about 3 months old now and was rescued from a feral outside life when I was a baby. I have an awesome sister who's already been adopted out and I'm ready for my turn! I'm super sweet and spunky! I love to play- my foster family has other cats that I love to play with and even a dog -I love people and get along well with kids too! I think I'd be a great friend to people and other pets once we get to know each other. I like to explore and chase around toys, especially things I can bat around! I love getting pets and snuggles when I'm taking a break - I can purr so much when I'm happy! And I'm really good at stretching out and taking cat naps! They think I will grow up to be a smaller, sleek cat based on my mom and other litters! I'm super healthy and will need my shots and to be spayed when I'm adopted.

DEUCE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED! This is DEUCE. He is a gorgeous striped tabby. He will need a special patient person as he is still extremely shy.  With the right amount of patience, he will make a great kitty in a quiet home.  He is very food motivated.  He is not recommended for dogs or children. He would probably do best with a gentle outgoing companion to help him get out of his shell. He  is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  His adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to VA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring her up north once she is adopted.
