Story
Aegon is a super sweet and affectionate boy who loves his food. Unfortunately he has not adapted well to a new baby and new dog in the house because this has taken the attention away from him in a lot of ways. Because we want to preserve his quality of life as well as the quality of life of our child and other animals we feel it would be best to rehome him with a family better equipped to meet his needs.

Story
This is Auggie! He is ~12 months old, but he could be as young as 10 months. He was found on my porch, and due to his friendliness we assumed he had been put on the streets by a previous owner. Our assumption was further supported by the fact he already knew to use a litter box. Because he is young, he still has lots of energy and is very demanding of attention! The adoption fee is only to help cover the costs of the supplies I bought for him, which I can give to his new home. These supplies include treats, some toys, a litter box, and a couple cat scratchers. He can be very cuddly or very independent, it just depends on his mood that day! I recommend a pet parent that can spend a good amount of time with him each day so he can get all his energy and love out! Because he was previously outside and has become acquainted with it, I believe he would enjoy walks, but that isn’t a necessity and it’s not something I’ve tried. I hope to find the perfect fit for this loving boy!!

Story
Joey is a very outgoing and playful cat. He's about 5 years old, and I got him up in DC from an animal shelter when he was a mature kitten. I'm making a career change that is moving me to a new city (which means smaller apartment and roommates, most likely!). While Joey is used to apartment living, I worry that he won't be happy long term if he joins me on this journey. I don't know how Joey would be with other cats (he's never interacted with them except when he was a baby), dogs, or children. He's met my parents small dog, who is a lot older, and he tested his patience a bit but they didn't have any actual problems or aggression! Joey would do best with someone who can play with him a lot and has experience with cats. He can get nippy when he's feeling playful, but he doesn't mean any harm! He is really a sweetheart who just wants to live his life to the fullest. He loves to be near you, but also likes to explore (he loves going outside!).

Story
Meet Mork 🤍 mork is a 10-year-old grey cat looking for a calm, loving, stable home where he can truly relax and be someone’s best companion. He would do best with a quiet single person or peaceful household. Another calm cat may be okay, but he does not do well in chaotic environments or around dogs. Mork recently tried another home, but it wasn’t the right fit because there was too much activity and a dog in the home. He needs patience and time to adjust usually a few weeks but once he feels safe, he becomes incredibly loving, cuddly, and attached to his person. He LOVES wet cat food and thrives on it. He will eat some dry food, but wet food is definitely his favorite. He is healthy, shy at first, and very gentle. Once he trusts you, he loves snuggles, being picked up, and cozy time together. He has such a warm soul and so much love to give. Mork deserves a soft, peaceful home where he can feel secure and loved for the rest of his life. If you are patient and kind, he will love you!
