Mia is as sweet and loving as she looks, and she knows how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Whether that’s a nap in the sun, a soft bed (pillow please!), or a chance to lean against a trusted human, she never seems bored with quality chill time. Mia is a lover of leisure but NOT a lazy dog. When she first came to the rescue she was excited go outside but very fearful away from the house, even in quiet neighborhoods. We are so proud of how much she has grown! Mia is now confident on her walks and is great on a leash. She practices being calm in different environments daily and is doing really well in guided sessions that help her harness her excitement. Mia’s loving spirit makes her quick to warm up to humans and an experienced attentive owner will find she is very easy to read. Mia loves children but is still learning how to control her nervous energy. She would do better in a home with older children who can understand boundaries and can participant in showing her leadership and safety. She’s very interested in other dogs but needs extra time acclimating to a new space before starting slow introductions. She would also do well as the only dog as it would allow her to get the training focus she needs. Mia’s growth has proven what an amazing dog she is and how much potential she still has to show. A forever family dedicated to helping her practice and build on her skills will be rewarded with a very loyal, intelligent, active and, of course, snuggly dog.

This handsome hippo is looking for a comfy couch, at 10yrs old he is past the days of running marathons and hiking. Chop has lived with children of all ages, he loves them. He would prefer to be the only dog so he can soak up all the love. His ideal home would have comfy beds or a couch he can lay on, he loves cuddles, car rides and just being around his humans. We tested him for allergies and it is only environmental, easy to stay away from. We did routine blood work, neutered him, updated vaccines and inserted a microchip. This hilarious, lovable, demanding senior would really love a forever home, with a small fenced backyard, a home that will bath him with love and attention. My adoption fee is $150

Jetty arrived as an underweight scared stray. He won our hearts immediately, he is sweet, loves humans, he likes car rides and playing, he also loves to help to help and is not scared of drill noises or hammering, he would make a perfect shop buddy. He is currently learning to walk on a leash, he knows sit, stay, leave-it and shake. We don't have cat or young children history for this guy and no way to test, he has done well with the other dogs next to him and will start play dates next week after he has healed from his neuter. He would love an active home, hiking, traveling, basically being with his humans, he is also fine just hanging out. Jetty is an amazing dog who deserves a 2nd chance, will you be that person? Diamond was found by a wonderful person, who thought he had been hit by a car, she took him to a vet clinic, where the owner later surrendered. Diamond spent sometime with one of the clinics vet techs, while he healed, no broken bones, but he needed a quiet place to recover, he was around dogs at her home. Diamond is a big boy, he loves cuddles, he is learning to walk on a leash, learning basic commands (thank you to his foster mom, for getting him started), he is eager to please, loves treats and toys. He loves having a backyard, his own bed and thrives on routine. He would make a great traveling buddy, movie buddy, camping buddy and family dog for kids over 12yrs. My adoption fee is $200
