This doe eyed sweetheart is named Chino and he is looking for his new family. Chino is a BIG fan of toys but he will request quite a few as the other ones always end up ripped or broken. He's not sure how that happens, though. He is fully potty trained and has done well on walks, even preferring to carry his toys for the entire duration. Chinos big head and loving personality has made him a staff favorite at the shelter so you won't want to miss out on this goof!

Ruby is a good girl, almost 9 years old. She ignors the cat in the house after getting used to it and the other dog in the house was here first. She is protective of her yard and has gone after another dog that got in our fenced in back yard. She is used to being kenneled but will also sleep in your bed given half a chance and often crawls under the covers as well.. Does well well with teenagers. My wife has our younger children scared of her so she senses that fear. Offering for adoption due to unknown status when divorce is final and my recent medical issues that I can not care for her as she deserves. She was a gift as a puppy from a friend.

Are your nights getting ruff and lonely? Need a partner to keep an eye out on ya? I got your left, cause I'm Lefty! As you may be able to see, my right ear has disappeared!! Kind of like magic but with lots of blood/infection and no one really knows what happened to it cause I was found like that :( But don't feel sorry for me, I was SAVVEDDDDDD!!! And my ear was completely cleaned up and fixed and I still have an intact ear canal so no deafness here!! AND I'm just a big, huggable, goofball who needs a home and some love! I'm like a traditional Labrador; food motivated, eager to play, and a big cuddler. I probably have some American Bulldog in me cause I am SOLID :) Maybe we can hang out on the couch and eat some snacks together- you KNOW I love snacks!! I was heartworm positive when found in March, but I have completed treatment! I am READY for you so hurry up and adopt me!! I am great with kids, other dogs and pretty much everyone I meet. In fact, I was in a HUGE HUGE HUGE parade for Fiesta in San Antonio and I was the HIT of that parade!! My finder was SO generous and wanted to put money towards my adoption fee! Part of the fee will be sponsored if you decide we could be best friends! I am waiting.... hurry up......you won't regret it!! I mean, LOOK at my mug :) Local adoption fee HAS BEEN SPONSORED BY HIS FINDER!!! Out of state adoption fee is $200 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Walter! I like to greet people the old fashioned way, a tip of the nose, a meeting of the eyes, and a formal introduction of who I am. I've always kind of been an old-soul, at least that's what people tell me, with my wrinkled fur and gentle eyes. As an older gentleman I tend to have a bit more patience than these young whippersnapper pups. You'll find me waddling around quite slowly but my tail still wagging none the less! I have been known to snap when nervous, but I have come so far and I just need a little time and patience. Cause I just so want to be your big goofy friend! I have a soft and squishy face to go along with my squishy personality! I am great with my people and great with other dogs too. I am shy at the very first but am on the fast track to love! As a senior dog there's really only one thing I care about ... TREATS ... just kidding, it's being close to others.
