Story
Meet this incredibly sweet little girl we have named Huggie Bear. She arrived at the shelter after becoming lost on an adventure on 5/3. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim this sweet baby. Huggie Bear is just a year old and weighs 44lbs. She is as cute as can be and just so lovable. She is a little shy at first but once she is out of her kennel, she is very loving affectionate! She earned the name Huggie Bear because she immediately hugged a volunteer while she was having her pictures taken. She is super duper smart because knows simple commands such sit when asked and she may know more. Huggie Bear would certainly love to be taught so much more. She needs to have a family or favorite person that will be patient and give her the reassurance that she is important everyday, guide her on the right path to be the best pup that the volunteers already knows that she is. The volunteers know inside that tiny little body there is a great personality that is quickly shining through. Even though life has given Huggie Bear a curve ball, she knows that no matter what, she will happily gives all the love and hugs you could ever deserve. She gives the best hugs! Give her a chance and keep her safe and loved. Its all she wants and needs. Just to be yours forever. She doesn't need to start out her life in a loud shelter. We believe in this little angel. Will you please give her a shot at a fair life? It would make all her dreams come true. Huggie Bear is current vaccines, will be spayed, micro chipped and heart worm tested upon adoption. She will be eagerly awaiting for your visit in Run 22 and her ID is 657349. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. He is also quite the gentleman while walking nicely on a leash. Mr. Chatty is quiet in his kennel and he just the sweetest, little guy. He is very affectionate, very playful, and gives the most adorable hugs and supply the sweetest kisses. He also can be quite the chatterbox while having his pictures taken. Please give this lovebug a second chance at a happy life with you. It is all he has ever wished for. He has a lot of love and loyalty left in his gas tank. Can you please grant that wish for Mr. Chatty? He is waiting for you to take him home and love him forever. Please don't let this boy spend his remaining years in a crowded shelter. Mr. Chatty is current on vaccines, will be neutered, microchipped and heart worm tested upon his adoption. He is a nice size of 44lbs and is just 8 years old. Story
Stella is the sweetest most lazy dogs I've ever met. I've raised her since she was 8 weeks old. She was born with cataracts in both eyes but can see around them and you'd never know, if I hadn't told you. She didn't really play as a puppy which is how I found out about the cataracts. She just wanted to eat and be held while she slept. She's still that way today; eat, sleep, go potty, repeat lol. She loves cuddling and cookies. She does have issues with depth perception but with a little guidance, she manages just fine. She's well trained and would be the perfect dog for an elderly person who just needs companionship.

Capone is not a gangster, he's a handsome loverboy. I adopted him in December. He is up to date on all shots, heartworm and flea/tick prevention treatments. I've had him boarded twice for the weekend while out of town in March and May. The only complaint was excessive humping since he's not neutered. He's a beautiful guy with a good personality. I never received any papers from the guy that I got him from. He claimed the parents were American Bully. He is crate-trained. He's good with children and other dogs. He will need an experienced trainer. He's still jumping and chewing on everything at eleven months old.

Maggie Jane (goes by Meggie) is a playful and happy american bulldog mix, born on 4-26-14 weighing 69lbs. She is full of personality and loves everyone she meets! She happily greets the vet, neighbors, and quickly wins everyone over. She is an affectionate and loving girl who enjoys being close to her people.
