Story
Pax came to us from a multiple-dog family, so he is good with other dogs. He's also great with the children in his foster home. He's looking for a forever home . . . how about yours? He is food motivated and an enthusiastic student when training. He rides comfortably in a car, is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He has been surrounded by a loving foster family but his public exposure has been limited. Obedience classes would be great once he's comfortable in a new environment. They would reinforce the training he's had, and would widen his world, showing him unknown humans are a source of positive attention and rewards. Story
Gus is the bestest Boxer mix we’ve ever seen 💙 He loves other dogs & all humans. Homes with tiny humans may not be the best fit as Gus has a lot of playful energy. He’s such a happy, goofy, bouncy sweetheart of a dog. He needs an active family & a fenced in yard would make their life so much easier. He’s happy to sit and look at you with those big, sad, brown eyes and get all the pets you can give, but he’ll probably jump for pure joy as soon as you stop. This dog has a lot of love to give & he gives it freely. Gus loves to ride in the car, play at the dog park, take long walks (he is very good on the leash), meet new people and dogs, and is good with cats. He also loves to splash in the lake. This guy is the real deal - an awesome companion!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Afina is a lovable pocket pittie who finds herself in a rescue shelter due to her owner's divorce. Despite the heartbreaking circumstances, she remains sweet and affectionate towards everyone she meets. However, she can also be quite stubborn at times, typical of her breed. Her stocky build gives her a strong and sturdy appearance, although she could benefit from losing a few pounds. One of Afina's favorite activities is going on walks, where she can explore her surroundings. She is also a well-behaved dog who is house-broken, making her the perfect addition to any loving home. Despite her current situation, Afina has so much love to give and is eagerly waiting for a new forever home where she can be showered with the love and attention she deserves. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. For more info on Zuryia please contact Carrie Bowman 731-267-5535 or email cabowman67@yahoo.com for an application to adopt. Zuryia is just a big pup who wants nothing more then to be loved and to play with her toys. Zuryia loves playing ball and gathering her toys to her crate where she hoards them. Zuryia was surrendered to a kill shelter along with her pups where she took great care of them. She does great with cats and amazing with kids, but can be intimidated by other dogs that are somewhat dominate or pushy. She would prefer a home where she can be the only dog but she will give you more attention and love then 10 dogs put together. This girl is amazingly sweet and loving. Zuryia says if you can look past the scars from her past life and see her for the love bug she is, she will be the companion you have always wanted.

Pocket sized bulldog mix with great Corgi type ears! Very friendly girl who listens well. She is good in her crate. Loves to go for long walks and car rides! Ginny is not high energy. She would do well with an older person/persons who has a fenced yard where Ginny could get out of the house to take care of "business"
