Meet Skippy..... What a Stunning Guy Skippy and some siblings ( males ) were recently pulled from a Wisconsin puppy Mill. We heard the females from this group were sold to a pet store, but the males were not. We are very experienced with this breed, where other rescues are not. Skippy is a 13 week old male Alaskan Klee Kai. That is typically a mini Husky. Alaskan Klee Kais is a working dog. They have strong personalities, are stubborn and LOVE to talk. This breed is not an easy breed and a potential adoptor should do some research before applying. Skippy is very confident and is having a blast with toys and the other pups in his foster home. We estimate his full growth weight to be around 15 pounds. He is a full shedding pup. Alaskan Klee Kais need a good amount of exercise and usually hate being crated. They do better with families that are home more than not. Using a wee wee pad, and the outdoors for potty training. She was found at an abandoned house, left in a dirty pen with two other dogs, surviving without food or water for some time. For the past 9 months Panda Girl has been sadly waiting patiently for her forever home at a small town shelter, existing in a dark and depressing, tiny concrete cell. Despite her tough start, Panda Girl is a true sweetheart and still has a great attitude and grateful for any attention or moment outside her cell in the play yard. This girl is able to stay out in the play yard a lot because she gets along well with other dogs and adores everyone she meets. Her time in the shelter's play yard shows that she still has a playful spirit and friendly nature. This poor girl needs a break from this mundane existence in a shelter. 9 months is sheer torture and we hope someone will help her get out by fostering or even better, adopting. Aspen's mum was brought into a rural shelter in TX very pregnant. She was hanging around some apartment complex, found a couch to lay on. The very next day after arriving at the shelter she had 3 puppies. Flora is the mum and she is a Siberian Husky who is the same colour as Aspen. The shelter she was at was full and there was a big plea to save her and her babies lives to which we answered. All the puppies are very sweet. Aspen is now ready for his home after being fixed, had all shots for his age and micro chipped. His breed is high energy so no apartments. A fenced in yard and buddy would be wonderful. We are based in the Nashville, TN area and have most of our dogs transported up north. The $450 includes the adoption and transport fee (will have a health certificate too). The transport fee is not refundable if things do not work out.

Marley is a beautiful purebred Husky girl that is a nice settled 6 year old girl that is 45 pounds and rescued from a totally inhumane living environment for the last 4 years. This girl needs some patience, love, training to not jump on you as you enter her space to pet her and a first time ever inside home. She has lived in a neglected backyard environment that has resulted in her having heartworms which are being treated now. She will be fine after the treatment is done. We are desperately trying to help the family who took and the other dog in to their home to give them fresh water daily (not the black rain water in the kiddie pool), food daily (instead of every 4 days) and a grassy environment that is mowed weekly and no 7 feet tall with weeds. We are all working hard to get her and the other dog (can be separated) the good and caring homes and people to love them. Marley deserves a dream come true new place in life. She is not housebroken at the moment due to the years living outside. But that can change in a short time with a schedule and patience. This girl is playful, friendly and good with other dogs and people. She just needs to learn NOT to jump on them with her joyful greetings. Help us give Marley a true Cinderella story of rising from the neglect and abandonment she came from and let’s put her in a castle. We want her to have a good life and all we need is a person with a rescue kind of heart.
