Story
They are actually a pair. Memphis was born April 20th 2023. Layla was born April 16th 2024. These were my wife's dream dogs. She passed away recently and I just can't do it anymore. They deserve a better life. She was able to stay home with them. Now that it's just me they have to stay in crates all day when I'm at work. I never wanted dogs and have no clue what I'm doing. I'm still paying for Layla. I paid $4500 for them. I would take $2000 for them, crates, and toys. They don't know tricks, they were companion puppies. Memphis is potty trained, Layla is difficult and not quite there yet. They are very sweet and get very attached. They are super high energy and I wouldn't recommend having them in an apartment unless you're super active. I love them, they definitely saved my life after my wife passed, I know they deserve better, they're just way too much for me.

These pups are in Aurora, Colorado too!

Story
Dante was adopted at 8 months old as a puppy. He’s now 5 years old. We’re looking for a home that has lot of space for him to run around, give him lots of love and attention, and take him of lots of walks. He’s very playful and has lots of energy, but he’s also a big cuddler! We’re also looking for an open adoption, such as monthly picture updates.

Story
Everest is a very happy 3yo husky. She loves kids, and is always happy to greet my 2nd grader when she comes home from school. She is home and crate trained. She knows some commands like, place, sit, and down. Loves to go on hikes. We’re moving abroad and it’s very hard to find a place that accepts pets.

This dog is a courtesy listing and not one of our dogs. Please contact the email listed in this post. Meet Spot – The Sweetest Boy in Search of His Forever Home! Spot’s journey began like many others in Texas – a sad one. After being abandoned at one of the highest-kill shelters, he and his brother were left to fend for themselves. While his brother found a home quickly, Spot spent weeks waiting for a family, but his health took a turn when he contracted a doggy cold, putting him on the dreaded euthanasia list. Thankfully, one of our dedicated volunteers recognized what an incredible dog Spot truly is and worked swiftly to rescue him. Now, Spot is thriving in a loving foster home, and you’d never know he had a rough start. He’s the happiest, most loving pup, always wagging his tail and ready to meet new friends. Spot is incredibly easygoing and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and people alike. Here’s a bit about this lovable guy: Age: 8 months old Weight: 45 lbs Energy Level: Medium – equally happy on a long hike or curled up for a Netflix marathon Training: Potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained Likes: Long walks, watching ducks, cuddles, and playtime! Spot has a unique “superhero mask” on his face (although we think his real name might just be Bruce Wayne!). He’s a well-behaved, sweet boy who’s ready for a family to call his own. Spot would do best with continued training, but he’s already well on his way to being the best pup he can be. Could Spot be the perfect addition to your family? If you're looking for a loyal companion who’s as adventurous as he is affectionate, Spot is the one for you! Apply to adopt Spot today, and help us find him the loving, forever home he truly deserves. For more information, please reach out to: info@destinationrescue.org amber.schroeder@gmail.com 602-743-0006 Spot is being fostered in Houston, Texas, but is available for transport across the country. Let’s make sure Spot’s happy ending is just beginning! February 14, 2025, 10:11 pm
