The only way it could be any better would be if I could learn things with you. We could show off new, fun tricks together and be the coolest pair ever!

Story
We got Juice as a puppy in 2018 from a breeder near Toronto, Ontario. He has always been a sweet, energetic, and playful dog. He loves his family and is great with children who are respectful and gentle with him. He is sometimes wary of men, and can take a while to warm up with a thoughtful introduction. He has lived with an adult female Akita and MIGHT be able to live with another large female dog. He is not safe around small animals as he has a high prey drive. We are being forced to leave the country unexpectedly and can not take him with us. We will work hard to find the right fit for him!

Story
Hi! My name is Aurora and I am available for adoption!I was brought in by a good samaritan on March 9, 2025.**I can climb 6 ft fences**I weigh 65 lbs and am considered a medium `breed` dog.I am a very smart dog! At the shelter I am practicing how to `sit`, `stay`, `come`, `down` and `shake`.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!I am an independent dog who likes to do my own thing! My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other large dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home with old children.I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!

Story
Meet Fluffball Bueller! Bueller is a curious and outgoing pup looking for his forever home! This fluffy little explorer loves to check out his world with an adorable prance that will bring a smile to your face. While he enjoys staying busy, he’s just as happy playing with his toys or snuggling up for some quality cuddle time. Bueller is growing fast and can’t wait to play! He’s been attending puppy classes and is learning play skills quickly. He’d love to join a home with an adult dog who can continue teaching him all the best ways to chase, wrestle, and tug—and be a great role model as he grows. Bueller has some vision impairment that makes it difficult for him to see certain things. Larger objects are easier to spot, but glass doors are tricky! He had a neurology consultation and he seems to have mild right-sided vestibular disease, which makes him turn to the left frequently, especially if he's over stimulated, and he will be due for a neuro recheck in April. Overall, he seems to get around pretty well, but will need guidance, support, and management in a new environment.  As with all puppies, Bueller will need continued training and socialization to help him grow into the best version of himself. He’s an Akita/Alaskan Malamute mix, estimated to have been born on October 16, 2024, and as of mid-March, he weighs 34 pounds. Due to his breed mix, we prefer adopters with experience with Akitas or similar breeds. If you’re ready to welcome this fluffy, prancing ball of joy into your home, apply to adopt Bueller today!  Bueller’s adoption fee is $550. Per our rescue policy, unless specifically noted in a dog's bio, we will not consider adoption applications from families with children under 5 years old.  Fill out an adoption application for Bueller at: https://www.forgottendogsrescue.com/adoption-application ##2250571##
