Story
This intelligent, loyal boy is a wonderful house dog and will make an unforgettable companion for the right adopter. All Boris really needs is a confident leader and a calm home. Could you be the person Boris is waiting for? Indoors, Boris is polite, house-trained, and familiar with all the basics of obedience. His impressive repertoire of commands includes "Sit," "Stay," "Down," "Come," "Leave it," "Wait," and "Let go." Despite his powerful appearance, Boris is kind-hearted and very gentle with his caretakers. His favorite toy is a lamb-shaped stuffie that he carries around in his mouth. In the past, Boris used to live with cats and completely ignored them. His only request is to be king of the castle and not share his territory with another canine. Outside, Boris loves a good game of fetch and playing in the water. He's leash-trained, food motivated and obeys verbal corrections well. There's no doubt that Boris is a strong dog who needs a dog-savvy handler who can remind him not to pull. Matched with the right person, this beautiful boy would make a wonderful walking, hiking, or even jogging partner. He is reactive to other dogs, but with good leadership he's a joy to be around.
