Story
ADOPTION FEE: $450 Meet Juneau! This lovely lady was originally adopted from us in 2021 and has been returned due to her previous human moving. Juneau is an absolute sweetheart who has been through far too many homes. She needs a person who is dedicated to her for the rest of her life. Juneau is smart, attentive, and loving. She knows how to sit, shake, and speak. She walks well on a leash, but in true Husky fashion, is known to be a bit of an escape artist. Juneau is a little protective of her food bowl, but has never snapped or bit at anyone. She is friendly to all people and dogs and has done well in dog daycare. She enjoys being active and would love a family that will show her all the joys of the Colorado camping and hiking lifestyle. From her amazing foster: (12/6) "Juneau is the sweetest dog ever! She loves to cuddle and take naps but she also loves to go on lots of walks! She’s really good on the leash and a very friendly dog! She’s the sweetest girl ever to everyone she meets. She knows how to do lots of tricks and is very well potty trained! It’s been such an amazing time fostering her, she’s an amazing dog and anyone would be so lucky to have her❤️" We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

ADOPTION FEE: $325 Meet Arthur! This sweet old man is looking for his forever home to retire to comfortably and live out his golden years. Previous Shelter Notes: Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/Znztowt4k2k  Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/amEJ4z0WUQM  Staff notes - Poor Arthur arrived as an unclaimed stray and he hasn’t had the greatest time at the shelter so far. He was in playgroup and had another dog attack him, he just screamed and waited for help. He’s such an easy going guy and he has a calm and easy going personality. He gets along well with everyone he meets and he’s submissive and acts as a senior dog would. He’s looking forward to a cozy retirement home where he can only know comfort and love for the rest of his golden years.  Arthur is a quiet, gentle senior pooch who is looking for a cozy retirement home where he can spend his golden years. This affectionate and curious pup is friendly to everyone he meets, both humans and animals. He enjoys spending his days lounging on the couch and going on leisurely walks. He's a very easy-going guy who is happy to take things slow, so he would be the perfect companion for a relaxed lifestyle. Arthur is a good boy who is house-trained and knows basic obedience skills. He is a great listener and will always be by your side. If you're looking for a sweet and gentle dog to share lots of cuddles with, Arthur is the one for you!
