She lives in a foster home with 2 other dogs and a cat and does great! Aspen loves her outside time, especially in the cooler weather. She loves to sit outside and soak up the sun! She makes great use of the doggy door! She also loves the comforts of home, a nice nap on the couch is a great afternoon past time.  This beautiful girl would be a great floof to add to any family! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. What happens when a shelter has a policy that says, if you've been at the shelter for 90 days you're time is up?? For Savannah it meant she was going to be euthanized. She had been labeled dog aggressive by the shelter and our pleas for an "only dog" home were not finding the right person to help her. An 11th hour eval showed a different girl than what we'd been told, not dog aggressive at all. Once pulled from the shelter and waiting for transport we were even happier to see an absolutely wonderful girl who loves other dogs, and cats! Savannah is about 2 years old, spayed and UTD on shots.  She loves people more than anything, she wants all the affection she can get! Savannah is good with other dogs, and cats. She is great on a leash and good in the car. Since being in her foster home in MT, she and GPRM's Albi have become very much attached and if at all possible, both rescues would love to see them adopted together. Both dogs are great at patrolling, not really experienced LGD's but are great at keeping anything off the property that you don't want there!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 17, 2024, 12:56 pm

But he is a sweetheart and loves everyone, is great with other dogs and seems to not care much about cats!  He's new to our rescue so please check back after his foster family gets to know him a bit better!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 5:23 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This sweet big boy is Boulder, another floof whose history is unknown because he was a stray. Boulder has been with his foster for a couple of months now and he's ready to find his forever home.  This sweet guy is neutered and UTD on shots. He's good with submissive dogs and great with cats. Boulder's family will need to understand a couple of things about him. He doesn't want to sit. He will stand patiently or lie down, but sitting is a no. So we don't make him do that and his new family can't either! He also isn't going to be someone's walking buddy, leashes seem to cause him a lot of stress. So maybe a large backyard and another chill doggo to play with will be his exercise! He loves to stand and have head scratches and be told what a good boy he is. He likes to back up everywhere he goes, lol. He is an absolute sweetheart and he needs a wonderful laid back retirement home! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We see so many dogs being given away for free on FB, Toby was one of them. Fortunately for him we were able to find a foster to take him. He was scheduled to be neutered just 2 days after getting to his foster home but once there it was found that he was too sick to have any kind of surgery. Toby was full of worms and parasites! Poor guy.  He's spent the last couple of weeks on meds getting healthy, will be getting his shots and once healthy enough will be neutered and ready for his forever home.  This stunning blue eyed boy is a love! Great with other dogs and adores all people. Just no chickens for this floof! ;) His foster mom has been working with him on his walks, up until now he hasn't had much experience with that. He's also afraid of loud noises. That includes loud kiddos, squeaker toys, and other loud barking dogs. He's adjusting well to his foster home though and could be he just needs a few weeks to settle in. We'll know more soon so check back!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 12, 2024, 4:10 pm

Story
Who says good things come in small packages? Sometimes they come in big, furry bodies with eyes that will melt your heart. My name is Andre. I am a 5 year old 85 lb. teddy bear, and my goal in life is to snuggle all the people and collect all the treats. I may be a Pyrenees mix or just a mix of a bunch of adorableness. I'm desperately searching for a family who needs a pup willing to walk with them, play with them, protect them, and snuggle the loneliness out of them. I am a super smart guy who would love to learn more than basic commands (I know sit, touch and down). I need to learn the nuances of living in a house with my beloved humans. I'd make an amazing emotional support pup because I almost NEED to be around my humans. I mean, what happens if they need a snuggle and I'm not around? I'd do best in a house with a fence, and I would probably struggle with small children because I'm a bit pushy when snuggles and treats are involved. (Of course, training would also address this!) I'd love another big dog who enjoys wrestling and playing tug. I'm confident, affectionate and really fond of people. If you think you might have room in your home - and your heart - for a big sweetie like me, let's meet!Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200. Introducing Bear! Bear came to us from an overcrowded shelter so his history is a bit of a mystery, but this friendly pup is looking to create a bright future with you! While this beautiful Great Pyrenees mix has lived with another dog, he is not a huge fans of cats. He would probably do better in a feline free residence! Please come meet Bear and see if this Gentle Giant is the right pup for you.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello people!!! My name is Deena and I am anxiously waiting to start my New Year adventures with my forever family. I am a 6-month-old Great Pyrenees female puppy. I am a BIG girl and already weigh about 75 lbs and I'm still growing. I will likely be a fluffy, 100lbs + adult. I am bred to protect and love my family, whether that family is sheep or people. I do really like play time and adventures. My foster mom says it sometimes is more mischief, but I prefer to think of it as adventures. I'm a big girl who LOVES her food and everyone else's too. hehe. I crate trained myself as soon as I figured out that I got to eat sooner if I was in the first crate. I use a dog door to come inside and explore and go outside to play and potty. I do still need supervision if I have access to lots of rooms in the house. I also really like sleeping on soft blankets. I can be a little intimidated by new things at first, but I'm learning to be braver. This includes both people and dogs. Once I am comfortable, I am a big love bug I love playing with all the other dogs here that I know. I have only been around cats a little, but I mostly ignore the barn cat who occasionally comes to visit us. I really hope that someone will want to share their New Year adventures and love with me. Please apply at Rescue Rovers ASAP because I'm ready to get started https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 14, 2025, 7:28 pm
