Miss Lottie has only been with us for a few days but her foster mom absolutely loves her!  Lottie loves to play with her big foster brother and is wonderful with the grandkids when they visit. Jack is wonderful!! He loves to play with other dogs and is such a good boy. We've only had him in rescue just a few days and his foster mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about him. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Zack is a big sweet goof of a boy and bonded to our girl Lucy. They are an old married couple and they must be adopted together. We will be extremely selective about where these 2 go, with all that they've been through.  After their owner suddenly passed away they were faced with euthanasia. We had just a couple of days to find a place to get them safe, and thank goodness a wonderful foster stepped up! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sometimes people just assume that an LGD breed wants to be just that, an LGD. That was the case with Buddy. When he was picked up as a stray and taken to the shelter, it was thought that because of the area he was in, he must be a working dog. And maybe at one time he was, and maybe the reason he was not with any flock or herd was because he didn't want to be a working dog...that was found out after he was adopted from the shelter.  Buddy was not happy with sheep and goats, Buddy wants to be with people! He loves to play with other dogs, especially another big floof! He loves kids but older ones would probably be better since he does prefer a bit calmer home. Buddy is great on a leash, is house trained. He isn't the biggest fan of getting in the car but once in he does ok.  Buddy is UTD on shots and neutered. He loves being outside exploring and needs a fenced yard to keep him safe! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kaiju came to us as an urgent boy needing to be pulled from a Utah shelter. He was so stressed there he'd stopped eating. He went to a foster home where they hoped he would be the right fit to add to their family and he spent several months getting healthy.  Kaiju has had entropion surgery and recovered from 2 UTI's, also been neutered. His foster family feel with Kaiju's need for very slow intro's to new people and the traffic of people in their home, they're not the right fit for him.  He is a very smart boy, very typical Akbash. Strong and protective of his family, and so goofy and loving too!  Kaiju does great with the female Akbash in the home but does need to be fed alone. He also chases cats! He is a chill 5 year old most of the time and would love to find his forever home. Ethel is now a big friendly puppy who's ready to find her forever family.   She's good with other dogs with slow intros and is good with cats. Ethel really loves kids, one of her favorite things is taking her little girl to school each day! She loves walks and is pretty good on a leash. She uses a doggy door at her foster home and loves having free access to the backyard. She loves to be outside. Ethel really loves being part of a family. She'd do great with respectful kiddos and other dogs when given proper intros. She is a very sweet calm girl!
