Story
Meet Benji!
Age: Senior
Weight: 20 pounds (give or take. Who still weighs themselves?)
Good with: Dogs, cats, kids (the perfect teifecta!)
Houstrained: yes (but do best on a schedule and should be let out every 4-5 hours to avoid accidents).
Crate trained: I don't need one because I just snooze while you're away!
Special needs: blind, but get around great and diabetic, but easy peasy lemon squeezy! Plus my medicine is only about $25 a month from Wal-Mart!
I'm a pretty easy-going, fun-loving little dude. I might not see with my eyes, but given just a little adjustment period, I see everything in all the other ways! I can jump up on the couch for a nap, or to sit with my humans, and I love being outside exploring the fenced yard in my foster home, but i also know how to walk on a leash for some great sniffaris. I love car rides, too! Foster mom says I'm the easiest diabetic dog she's ever had, and I don't even need special food, I just eat the kibble like everyone else here, and I do wonderful with it. I hope you can see past my special needs and see that I can be just like any other pup!
*Benji is being fostered in Edgar, WI.
