Moose needs a calm, quiet home. I have five wonderful but loud children, and while Moose is okay with everyday noises, he becomes overwhelmed by kids screaming or running. In those moments, he may nip (he has never bitten), and its not fair to him or my kids to keep him in a situation that causes stress. Moose is about 75% potty trained and does occasionally mark, so he will need someone who can let him out often and continue reinforcing training. He is the best dog I have ever owned loves car rides, likes walks, Sleeps tucked into my neck every single night, A huge lap dog and total snuggle bug, and is even crate trained. Moose would thrive with a calm individual or couple, ideally without young children, who wants a constant companion and is happy to have a dog glued to them. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, loving dog who just wants peace and closeness Moose is your guy.

Meet Cooper the 10‑lb cuddlebug with a gentle heart! Cooper is a 2‑year‑old Yorkie/Dachshund mix who’s equal parts adorable & devoted. He starts off a little shy, but once he decides you’re his person, he melts right into you. This boy is a professional lap snuggler & would happily spend his days curled up with his favorite human. Cooper walks nicely on leash, is crate trained, neutered, & up to date on shots. He hasn’t been around cats yet, so slow introductions or a cat‑free home would be best. Because he’s a sensitive little guy, Cooper will do best in a calmer home with kids 12 & up who can respect his space while he settles in. If you’re looking for a small companion with a soft spirit & a big snuggle quota, Cooper might just be your perfect match. Gizmo is a shy but curious boy who takes some time to trust, but once he does, his personality is incredibly endearing. At first, this Yorkie/Pug mix may scamper away if you try to pick him up, but once he feels safe, he’ll happily stand up on his hind legs, tail wagging, waiting to be scooped up. Gizmo isn’t a fan of cold or snowy weather, but he’ll go outside to potty when needed. He’s naturally curious and often follows his confident roommate, Sage, who has helped him come out of his shell. While another dog in the home could help boost his confidence, it’s not a requirement. Gizmo is looking for a patient home that will let him open up on his own timeline, and when he does, the reward is so worth it. Gizmo has an adoption investment of $500. Gizmo's higher adoption investment does not mean we value his life more than others. We do not see dogs like Gizmo enter our care very often. Therefore, his higher adoption investment will help create a financial legacy for the dogs that stay in our care for longer periods of time or require significant medical investment.

He was found dumped in a field where he would have certainly died if he wasn't rescued. He is the sweetest little boy who loves cuddles and kisses and follows me like a champ. He was a litte intimidated by all the big dogs at the rescue at first but once he realized that everyone is a friend he joined the gang and now runs and plays with everyone in the yard freely. He is also great with cats, including kittens. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
