Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Nala and Gizmo are a bonded pair and have been together for 8 years, therefore they must be adopted together. Nala is a sweet little nugget with her big brown eyes and short legs. She loves all people and would do well in a home with respectful children twelve years or older. Her favorite spot would be on your lap receiving belly rubs. Nala and Gizmo protect each other, so being the only pups in the home would be ideal. When playtime is over, she will quietly walk away and find a cozy bed to rest. She is very laid back and doesn’t have a care in the world. Just looking at her will melt your heart. Nala will let you know when she is hungry, it’s the only time she barks. When she hears her meals being prepared, she barks until her meal is in front of her. Nala is up to date on all her vaccinations including Bordatella. She is microchipped and is taking a monthly flea/tick and Heart worm preventative. Nala and Gizmo must have a securely fenced area to relieve themselves. They both enjoy being outdoors. She is potty trained.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 12:09 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gizmo and Nala are a bonded pair and have been together for eight years and will only be adopted together. Gizmo is a laugh a minute. He loves his small toys and is addicted to small balls. Carrying them with him, dropping them in one area, and retrieving more till he has a stock pile of his treasures at your feet. Gizzy is a proud little nugget with a constant tail wag. He adores attention and is always pushing his hiney into you, In and out of your legs, just like a kitten. When Nala is exhausted from human attention, Gizmo knows it’s his turn. He treats Nala like the princess she is. Meal time is simple. They must eat in separate areas because Nala is the ruler of the roost and will steal Gizmos meals, then excuse herself graciously to go and eat her own. The two of them spend their days together snuggling, exploring outside or playing with toys. Gizmo is neutered, UTD in all vaccinations including Bordatella. He is microchipped and takes a monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Gizmo and Nala must go to a home with a securely fenced area.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 12:09 am

Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient and enjoy this new and exciting time!Included in the adoption fee are age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and microchip. ##2119711##

Story
Meet Benji! Age: Senior Weight: 20 pounds (give or take. Who still weighs themselves?) Good with: Dogs, cats, kids (the perfect teifecta!) Houstrained: yes (but do best on a schedule and should be let out every 4-5 hours to avoid accidents). Crate trained: I don't need one because I just snooze while you're away! Special needs: blind, but get around great and diabetic, but easy peasy lemon squeezy! Plus my medicine is only about $25 a month from Wal-Mart! I'm a pretty easy-going, fun-loving little dude. I might not see with my eyes, but given just a little adjustment period, I see everything in all the other ways! I can jump up on the couch for a nap, or to sit with my humans, and I love being outside exploring the fenced yard in my foster home, but i also know how to walk on a leash for some great sniffaris. I love car rides, too! Foster mom says I'm the easiest diabetic dog she's ever had, and I don't even need special food, I just eat the kibble like everyone else here, and I do wonderful with it. I hope you can see past my special needs and see that I can be just like any other pup! *Benji is being fostered in Edgar, WI. Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair). Story
Taffy is the sweetest most gentle dog you can find. She is a small girl at 10 lbs, and comes up to you and puts her paws on your legs to ask for ear scratches. She loves her crate and seeks it out to rest in throughout the day, and sleeps quietly in it all night long. She was not house trained when she came to rescue, but she is doing very well here in her foster home. Not 100% but close! She gets along with dog, cats, and rabbits, men, women, and gentle children. She was a former puppy mill Momma, so she can be a little skittish if you approach fast, but she clearly loves people and seeks their attention. She is not a barker. She would be a wonderful apartment dog or a sweet friend for a laid back family, You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet me today!! Adoption fee: $450 All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. Applications and Adoption Rules can be found on our website, on the `HOW TO ADOPT` tab at JRsPupsNStuff.org. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including: contact with your veterinarian and completion of a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application. We are a group of volunteers with families and jobs, so please be patient and allow a few days for our response. JR’s Pups-N-Stuff Dog Sellers License 522614

Story
Hi Biggie Paws 🐾 Friends ! Are you looking for a furry friend to bring joy and companionship into your life ? Look no further ! We are excited to introduce you to Khloe ! Khloe is approximately 6 years old. She looks like a Terrier Mix/Yorkie. She weighs about 22 pounds and is currently staying in Kenosha, WI. This sweet 💕 girl is not just a dog; she is a loving companion ready to enrich your life with her affectionate nature and gentle demeanor. Khloe is the epitome of warmth and affection. She thrives on human interaction and loves to cuddle 🤗 …making her the perfect lap dog. Her personality is wonderfully balanced; while she enjoys playtime, she also appreciates her quiet moments and is happy to relax by your side. 🥰 If you’re a fan of cuddles and want a dog who will greet you with joy after a long day, she is the pup for you !This little lady LOVES ❤️ the kiddos …making her a great addition to families. She gets along great with other dogs 🐕 and has shown her friendly nature by interacting well with her foster sibling. Although we are unsure about her reaction to cats, 🐈 her gentle temperament suggests she may adapt well with proper introductions.Housebreaking 🚽💩 can sometimes be a concern for prospective pet owners, 🤔 but Khloe shows promise in this area. While we were informed that she was housebroken, she has had a few accidents indoors. 😬 This could potentially be due to a urinary tract infection (she is scheduled for a vet appointment this week to ensure her health and comfort). Notably, she has never had an accident in her kennel, which indicates she understands where to do her business. With a little patience and training, we believe she can become fully housebroken. When it comes to leash 🦮 training, she has only been on a leash once but showed no resistance, which is a promising sign that she will adapt well to regular walks in her fur-ever neighborhood. Khloe is crate trained and has a peaceful demeanor when sleeping 😴 in her crate at night. During the day, she willingly goes into her crate when needed, demonstrating her adaptability. Khloe is up-to-date on her age appropriate shots, microchipped and spayed. If interested in being considered to adopt this calm and relaxed …”chill” girl, fill out an adoption application under the link below. Her adoption fee is $450.www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550
