Story
Neil is a petite little 6 lb yorkie who is just a happy go lucky fella. He is very small and fits in nicely with other dogs in the home. Neil was used as a breeder dog in Mexico. He is very social and loves to be carried around. He is quick on his feet for a little guy. He likes to lay on the couch next to you. His hearing doesn't seem to be the best, or he is just doing a good job ignoring me sometimes. He just got neutered and is working on potty training. He will potty outside when you take him out but not to be trusted loose in the house yet. He is kennel trained but will also gladly sleep in bed with you. He does great with dogs his size and ones who don't growl at him. Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee is $300 plus tax

Lisa is a Biewer Terrier from a breeding facility. She's a sweet and affectionate dog in search of a tranquil home with a companion who is often present. She is sensitive to loud noises and quick movements, and the barking of other dogs can frighten her. She's learning to walk on a leash and to go potty outside. While she does use potty pads also, she occasionally misses them. She enjoys sleeping in bed with her human and likes to follow them around. She loves to cuddle with her owner and be carried around. She would thrive in a home with another small dog that could guide her through the nuances of canine life and help her overcome her fears. When frightened, Lisa retreats to her safe spot. If she seeks attention, she'll gently paw at you, asking to be lifted for some tender kisses. She's experiencing some separation anxiety as she adjusts to her new environment and the array of unfamiliar sounds. Patience and time will be essential as she learns to embrace her life as a beloved pet. Kids would probably be a bit much for Lisa.
