Jimmy! Jimmy is a delightful, 7 lbs, Yorkie mix. He’s great with humans, big and small, and really enjoys the company of canine companions. He plays joyfully with the Pekingese in his home and even the Husky and Akita, too! Jimmy is working on his house training and absolutely will not use a leash, therefore, it’s important his forever home have a fenced in back yard. Jimmy is a tiny guy and he’s a master at finding even the smallest open nook in a fence line. His humans must be very aware and pro-active in making sure their fence is secure. Little Luke is a super sweet boy, who loves nothing more than to play and be with you! He is a bit shy at first but is full of cuddles and love once he gets to know you!!! He does great with other dogs in her foster home, is non reactive around cats, and is doing great with crate training. Since he is just a youngster still, he will need a family with lots of patience and willingness to work with puppy training to help him become the best canine citizen he can be!

Pattycake's eyes will melt you heart! This precious girl came to us from a breeder in Oklahoma and is ready to finally have a loving place to call home. Patty is curious and enjoys checking things out at her fosters home, but since this is her first time in a home, she needs help gaining confidence and would do best in a quiet home. She has very good potential to be an active and engaged member of a family! She is thought to be an approximately 5 year old Maltese mix. Patty's coat is the most beautiful, shiny golden color. She was so sweet and patient when we bathed and groomed her. Patty is being fostered in Cheyenne.

Cute and tiny 6-7 yr old female Yorkie around 7 lbs. We've been calling her Tilly! She is shy at first, but enjoys being petted and snuggled once she warms up. Loves to run around and play with other dogs. She would do well with another small dog. She is very attached to her friend Lucky, the Maltese, right now. She uses potty pads and we are working on potty training in the yard. She will need a fenced yard to completely learn and also for leash training. She does well with children.

Kora is guessed to be a 7 yr old Yorkie and is ready to be loved! This cute, furry little girl is a bit shy at first, but is learning how good it is to be loved on by humans. Due to never being socialized or being in a loving home, she may do best with a confident canine buddy in her future home and a VERY patient adopter. She needs a patient and loving home to show her how good life can be as a beloved family member. If you have a warm lap and love to give, she is the right dog for you! She will need her safe place kennel and a small play yard around the kennel to begin with while you spend time in her safe area helping her to get used to you and her new surroundings. She will also need a fenced yard and preferably a smaller fenced yard (that you can buy on Amazon) inside the yard or being slowing walked in the yard on a leash until she gains confidence with you and her new life. If the adopter does not have a fenced yard but lives in a very quiet area and can patiently walk her near the house to help her gain confidence that may also work. Kora is waiting patiently to find her FurEver Family!! Precious gentle-soul is currently being fostered with one of our dog trainers that specializes and rehabilitates timid, shy, scared or unsocialized dogs. She is absolutely adorable and her eyes will melt your heart! Her foster mom thinks she would do better in a quiet home with adults or older children to work with her. Another confident dog could be helpful as she loves other dogs, but not necessary if the adopter can help her continue on her confidence journey. Her foster mom has an amazing rehabilitation protocol to help these scared dogs and is working with her on potty training, socializing with dogs and humans, kennel training, doggie door training and if time permits, leash and car training. She also has an amazing group of volunteers that meet twice a week to help socialize all the scared foster dogs in her care. There are lots of other dogs at her foster mom's house so we know she is dog friendly. Her foster doesn't have any cats but thinks she would be fine with them if introduced slowly and properly. She will need an adopter, who will give her love and patience. Please consider this adorable dog as a part of your family. She deserves all the kindness and will give you a lifetime of affection. The shy dogs become the most loyal dogs, who adore their humans. Her foster mom is located in Fort Collins Colorado and wants to find a patient adopter, who is willing to do a minimum of one paid training session with her. This training session is NOT basic obedience, but instead, is designed for rescue dogs and teaches the adopter how to work to build the dogs confidence and overcome any trauma the dog may have experienced. This training will help the family and this sweet dog adjust to their new life together much quicker than trying to do it on your own. She provides a discount on training to her adopters. The dogs that she fosters truly need an adopter to be their hero and offer them lots of time, patience, love and a safe environment that they can slowly grow in confidence.
