Story
Kai is a very special little guy, who needs an invested adoptive home that will help him through his hardships and troubles and make him the best little Yorkie he can be. Kai can be very sweet and loves cuddles, but he does have some special behavioral needs so he would do best in a home without other pets and without children. He enjoys walks and special treats. He has been through many living situations in the last year and deserves a stable, loving home. Don't pass up the opportunity to make this deserving boy your best friend and bring joy your life and Kai's. My adoption fee is $375 and includes the following: -Spay/neuter surgery -All current vaccinations -Microchip -FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals -$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market For more information about me or to schedule a meet and greet appointment, please complete an adoption questionnaire.
We'll also keep you updated on Ivy's adoption status with email updates.

Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Important InformationPlease read!If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train. Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue. However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children and we do not know how they will react.  Hi! My name is ivy and I am a beautiful Yorkie/Cairn girl who is 1 year old, and I weigh  8 pounds.  I am very sweet, but also very shy. I am dainty, gentle, and love to be petted. I am a quiet girl who loves to lay in doggy beds with the other dogs in my foster home. I will need a fenced in yard because I am not comfortable on a leash. I do love to play so another young dog in my home that is playful is a requirement. If you have been waiting for a sweet, calm girl to love, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org. Love, IvyDecember 22, 2024, 10:22 pm

My name is Karla, and I am beautiful Yorkie girl who is 6 years old, and I weigh 8 pounds. I have been shaved but my beautiful coat will grow back.
