🐶 Quick Facts! • Name: Kami • Age: 4 years old approximate • Gender: Male • Neutered: Yes • Breed: Poodle mix • Colour: Black • Weight: 3.8 kg • Microship #: 4101 0001 2666 701 • Potty trained: Yes 🌱All about me🐕 Hi everyone! My name is Kami and I’m a sweet little 4 years old boy looking for my forever home. I may appear to be a bit shy in the beginning especially when there’s any sudden movements or loud noises. But please just give me couple of days. Once I learn to trust you, I’ll be your best friend, very loving and affectionate. I’ll even let you hold and lift me up! By the way, I easily get jealous, so if you consider me to be part of your family, I better be the only furry one in the house! I play well with small furry friends, but I find it a bit difficult to interact with friends with high level. Despite my body size, when I see aggressive dogs, I would not hide or run. I would go against them so please supervise when I greet with new dogs. Also, did you know that I hate to get interrupted while I eat? I don’t mind when hoomans approach me while I’m eating, but when other dogs approach me, you’ll see me growling. I’m still learning how to walk on a leash. I feel a bit scared especially when I see cars driving nearby! They make so much noise all the time! Like I mentioned before, I get frightened from loud noises. So always remember to hold my leash tight when you take me out for walk. Cats? I’ve never seen a cat in my life, but I heard about them. Well, I can’t exactly tell you how I’ll react when I see them. With time, patience, and love, I will make a wonderful companion in a calm, understanding home. If I stole your heart, please contact my team at any time! Story
🐶 Quick Facts! • Name: Lauren • Age: 6 years old • Gender: Female • Neutered: Yes • Breed: Poodle • Colour: Brown • Weight: 4kg 🌱All about me🐕 P-P for POODLE!!! Hi everyone, this is Lauren! I’m a 6 year old girl with medium energy level. I am very affectionate and can easily get along with other furry friends. When I got rescued, I was already devocalized ☹ but I still adore people, whether I know them or not. I have never met children under 13 years old so it is hard to say if I can get along with them. Cats? 🐱I do not remember seeing them so I cannot say anything about them! Perhaps I should get tested as I am curious about it too! Did you know that I can walk like a pro🚶? If I feel tension on the leash, I will stop automatically. When I no longer feel tension on the leash, I will continue to walk. I walk well under guidance and I am so proud of it! I am comfortable with both martingale and harness. After my walk, I like to chill on my own🏡. I do not guard my food against any humans or dogs. If there is something in need, I will try to bark but you will not be able to hear me that loudly as I am already devocalized. I am still working on my crate-training. I just do not feel comfortable being in a crate and you will probably hear me whimpering for a bit. But please be patience with me for a little while. I will eventually get quiet in a bit. Cars? I still do not understand how to get in and out of my own but if you hold me, I feel safer and easier to get inside with comfort. For potty breaks🚽, I can do my business both inside🏡 and outside🌳. This means whether you live in an apartment building or a house, I got you all covered my friend! I am looking for a loving home where I can continue to grow and share my affection. If you think I am the perfect match to be part of your life journey, please contact my trusted humans! 💕 💌 💛 For more videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZxFWqAW7JjE&list=PLIsLTtIpe3Jz4xIF9CuHG3yM78ee-qYo1&index=1

Story
Yaya is a total sweetheart wrapped up in a beautiful honey-colored coat! This toy poodle is all about cuddles and belly rubs, and she gets along fabulously with everyone-dogs, kids, and even cats! She's a nature lover at heart, thriving on trail walks and swims in the river, so keep a close eye on her water-loving spirit. Long car rides? No problem-Yaya's your perfect road trip buddy, snoozing the miles away or enjoying the sights with a wagging tail. At home, Yaya's perfectly happy sleeping in her bed or crate, as long as the door stays open-she just needs to know where you are to feel safe. While she's still learning to go potty during walks, she's doing great with potty pads and picking up new commands quickly! Just a heads-up: she's a little protective of her food and will give a gentle growl if another dog gets too close during mealtime, but other than that, she's as friendly and trusting as can be. Loud noises or overly aggressive touches might spook her, and she prefers gentle hands, especially from kids, but she doesn't have an ounce of aggression. Yaya has made fast friends with cats, dogs, and even a 4-year-old, proving she's as resilient and loving as they come. This fun, chill companion is ready to be your adventure buddy by day and cuddle bug by night! * Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog from Little Dog Rescue. Our dogs come from a variety of sources and backgrounds. They are all in need of adopters that have patience, an understanding of where these dogs have come from, and that there will be an adjustment time when they transition into their forever home. This can include learning basic commands, walking on leash and potty training. Some dogs will pick up on your routine and expectations faster than others. Potty accidents will happen. We find that positive reinforcement, consistency, and routine from the adopter achieves the best results. We are a small, all volunteers team and give 100% of our efforts towards doing right by these pups. We are often juggling many responsibilities at the same time and do our very best to process inquiries and applications in a timely manner. We do prioritize inquiries that have a submitted application on file through the Little Dog Rescue website. We do our best to accurately assign breed designations, however we are unable to guarantee 100% accuracy. Sometimes we only have the dogs appearance to go on. Our adoption fees are thoughtfully considered. The adoption fee is not a purchase price for the dog. It is a fee that is designed to support the overall work of our rescue. Highly desirable dogs and puppies are intentionally listed with a higher adoption fee. This is done to help offset the enormous medical expenses we incur when taking in older pups and special needs medical dogs whose adoption fees do not come close to covering their expenses. In addition, the vast majority of our dogs are brought in from out of state and incur transport fees along with their medical and acquisition costs. We ask that you take all of these things into consideration, and we look forward to finding a great match for your family.

Aberdeen Scottish Terrier Rescue is a registered 501(c)3 Web Site: www.aberdeenstr.com ***MUST SUBMIT APPLICATION before we will respond to email or phone inquiries. Thank You for your cooperation*** Please read listings fully to the end before applying for one of our beloved rescues. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER; WE ARE AN ALL-VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to look at a dog. We will contact you once we have reviewed your completed application if we think your home might be a good fit. A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. Please do not submit an application until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. Expect your references to be contacted shortly after submitting your application. We adopt out to homes in WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter wants to pay the fees we will accept PayPal. As per usual it seems these days that the call was put out for the need from commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of Omaha. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. But despite where they lived & were going to be used to make money off their backs, they are always the most precious bundles of joy. Rudolph’s life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. He was one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued a total of 24 lives including Rudolph. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Rudolph how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as he is in our beloved rescue. Rudolph, his siblings & his friends & were bought back to the WA state where he is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Rudolph is the most beautiful soul you will ever meet. This boy is such a calm, lovely little chap. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his little body. He will be your everything. He just wants you to love him. He loves to snuggle up with you & be held & given love. He will take the world in around him & follow you everywhere. He also adores being with his dog friends & snuggling with them & being with them. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. He is wonderful with his baths, being dried by the hairdryer & getting groomed. Rudolph is a wonderful eater & is not shy about eating & has not been since the day we got him. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. He will also want to sleep in bed with you or with his dog friends snuggled up. He would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. He is a puppy & we have not taken him out anywhere. Rudolph rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when he went to be sold & when we got him & going to & from the vets originally but now we have taken him on so many car rides he loves a good car ride. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. Rudolph as you can imagine spent the first part of his life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Rudolph where someone is home during the day or he can go with her people wherever possibly he can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Rudolph is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. Rudolph has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & he is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. He absolutely must go to a forever home with a dog or dog’s present in the home for him to thrive in. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take him to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Rudolph is roughly 7 lbs & he is 7 months old & ‭a toy poodle‬. He has put on weight since being in the rescue. What he is mixed with we are not sure, male, he is neutered by laser by our wonderful vets, he is microchipped, up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed & as a preventative treated for giardia. We have spent far more on Rudolph with paying for him from a commercial breeder. Bringing him to WA with his travel/flight costs, his transportation to WA. All of his medical care in Omaha & WA etc & bringing him to WA then his adoption fee comes close to covering. His adoption fee does not even cover half of what we have spent on this little lad. Rudolph has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not him around small children so we do do not recommend small children nor cats though & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Rudolph was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Rudolph’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Rudolph potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Rudolph & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on. Or you waste this rescues time, will remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit via WebEx or Zoom due to covid & followed by a meet & greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Rudolph who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for the special sweet little Rudolph. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Rudolph has an adoption fee of $1260 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

These innocent souls lives was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. They were one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued a total of 17 lives of mums, dads & puppies including Goldie & her siblings & her brother Oreo who she is fostered with. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Goldie how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as they are in their foster home. Goldie & her friends & brother were bought back to the WA state where she is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. What a beautiful little bundle of fluff, joy & happiness plus a whole lot of wiggles when you pick her up. This little lady is now loving life in her foster home. She now knows what toys are & loves playing with her toys & her freedom. She plays non stop with her gorgeous little brother & they love each other dearly. She also gets to be loved by 2 little girls who adore Goldie & her brother so much. She is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little miss. She really enjoys snuggling with you & we know she adores being picked up & held & carried around to see what is going on. She adores being kissed & hugged by his foster family & being a free spirit doing her own thing. She can be very wiggly though when picked up so this needs to be taken into account. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over her head that’s not outside. Goldie is a wonderful eater. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until he was rescued.
