Story
This pup has a lot of heart! Maverick and his brother were the only survivors of 11 puppies born to an irresponsible owner. This person let his Australian Shepherd get pregnant and when mama stopped allowing them to nurse at 4 weeks, did nothing to bottle feed them or shelter them from the hot Texas summer. Luckily a good samaritan took these two in when they found out what happened. We don't know what kind of dog dad was, so these pup are Aussie mixes with full tails but will likely be around Aussie sized when full grown and have the Aussie spirit and zest for life. Before going to their forever homes, they will be dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and receive monthly flea, tick & heartworm prevention.

Story
Hello! I am Hayde. I am a Shepherd Collie mixed breed weighing 40lbs. I am 2 years old and I am a sweet, happy and playful dog looking to find a family to love. I am a younger dog so I do like to be active and play. I like walks, parks and cuddling too. If you are interested in adopting me, please go to the Ozzie and Friends website and apply.  https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/    November 6, 2024, 2:40 pm
