Story
Once in a trailer park, Hera came into the rescue with a litter of kittens and quickly proved she's not just a survivor but royalty. She's sweet, social, and enjoys a good chin scratch, but pet her for too long or further down the back and she'll remind you who is in charge. Hera gets along with other cats, calm dogs, and respectful kids who understand that royalty appreciates boundaries. She's independent with a fun playful side, and just enough attitude to keep life interesting. She's happiest with a tall cat tree, occasional treats, and her favcorite toys. Her adoption fee has been fully sponsored.

Story
Meet Karen. Once a feral firecracker, who hissed and swatted her way into our hearts, this petite cat has mellowed into a playful goofball with a big personality and a soft spot for gentle head pets, treats toys and cat friends. She's still a bit people weary, but she'll charm you with her sweet little meow. Karen must go home with another playful kitty as she thrives in feline company and is happiest wrestling, chasing and zooming with her squad. She lives comfortably with dogs, but children are not her favorite. She loves occasional treats, wand toys, and being admired from a respectful distance. Because she is skittish with people and new environments, she does not show well in meet and greets. in a calm patient home with a buddy, she will start to come out of her shell. Cats and vet visits are not her thing either, but with a treat bribe and patience, she will forgive you. Karens adoption fee is fully sponsored. Karens adoption fee is fully sponsored.

Story
Meet Wanda IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WANDA, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO READ ABOUT THE PROCESS AND FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. www.furkidrescue.org Wanda was a young teenage kitten when we trapped her in a feral colony in Bethel Park. We had a cat experienced foster home willing to take her in as a foster and get her used to domestic life. It took months, but now she loves the indoors, and loves human affection and attention. She follows her foster mom, Emilie, around the house, “yelling” at her, and demanding pets and butt scratches. She also gets along well with the resident cats and dog, and you can often find her hanging out with the dog!
