Story
Our Family Cat Cupcake, was born in our home, he's been handled by our family of 8, he's super lovey! All he has ever desired is to be a lap cat, any moment we sit outside, he takes the chance to get on our laps! He's been an outdoor cat only, aside from the occasional visits inside, We Love him so much, but unfortunately, I can't afford to get him fixed, and I had no idea that the cost has gone up as much as it has! The decision to give our sweetie up, isn't easy! He need someone to love him, as we do! A good happy home!

Story
Gravy is a 2-year-old boy tabby with grey/brownish fur. He has one blue eye and a green eye (heterochromia). We have two cats, and he hasn't been able to get along with them which is why we ask that Gravy should be kept as an only (single) cat and an inside cat. Gravy has his shots up to date, is neutered and litter box trained. Overall, Gravy is super sweet, very cuddly, and friendly!

Story
We adopted Slinky 4 years ago. He and Bootsie have stayed upstairs (all for them) until recently where they started coming downstairs. That has not gone well as we have small terriers and they pounce on the kitties. I am concerned the kitties are going to get hurt or worse. We decided re-homing them would be best. They would most likely be fine with dogs that are not prey driven like terriers are. Slinky will be 6 this year. He has no health problems at all. He is very affectionate and loving, he craves attention. He does know the words "no", "down", "off", "stop that". Slinky is not stupid by any means. I use Revolution for cats on Slinky once a month for parasite prevention. He does come with a full year (12 doses currently) of Revolution that I have already purchased from Costco ($250.00 value).

Story
We adopted Bootsie 4 years ago. She is spicy and sweet and a super great cat. Unfortunately, she and Slinky have started to come downstairs where the dogs are and the dogs pounce on the kitties. We are worried that she will get hurt or killed as our terriers are prey driven. She would probably be fine with dogs that are not of the terrier breed. Bootsie will be 7 this year. She is currently on Revolution for cats. She does come with a full year (12 doses currently) of Revolution that I have already bought from Costco ($250.00 value). Bootsie just had a dental cleaning in March of this year.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar is a smart, friendly and sassy guy. Up until a couple of years ago he was living outside on his own and is now enjoying the comforts of also going indoors and having fosters and cat friends who love him. Oscar's exact age is unknown, but estimated to be 8-10 years old. He currently shares a space with two other cats (male and female) and gets along well with both and loves to play and snuggle with Rudy (also available to adopt!). He LOVES to play with toys and also garden with his foster Mom and hang out with her while she's working on art.    Oscar's ideal home would be one with cat savvy adopters that are used to "cat-itude". He is very friendly and loves to be around his people and to be pet but he can get sassy and a bit feisty on occasion when he's not getting his way. Having been a cat that was outside for multiple years, Oscar does enjoy the ability to go outside for short periods of time. He would be very happy having the ability to go and lounge in a very safe and secure cat-proof yard or a catio. Oscar does well with other cats with proper slow introductions, but cannot be in a home with dogs or young children (the cattitude!). He is now litterbox trained since coming into care, but can be particular about placements of litterboxes and also sharing. With multiple litterbox options he is good to go. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Milo is an adorable DSH black male. His estimated birth date is 10-15-2024.  Milo is sweet, playful and loves a good meal. This handsome boy was surviving on his own before being rescued and is learning that people are kind. Milo needs a patient owner that help him feel safe and will see him gaining courage each day. Milo loves to play and cuddle with other cats, so he would be happy to be adopted into a home with another cat or with one of his foster kitten friends.  Milo has been in a loving and safe foster home partnered with Friends For Life Animal Rescue. Milo has been fixed, microchipped, tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, is up to date on vaccinations, and, per our policy, has been treated for potential ear mites, worms, and fleas.  If you think you have room in your heart and home for this adorable kitten, please contact Friends For Life Animal Rescue. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Benjamin is a DSH tuxedo male. His estimated birth date is 8/15/2024.  This handsome boy is confident and friendly. He is quick to greet me each morning, giving kisses, and loves to have pets on his belly. He is notorious for the "Benjamin Belly Flop" when he instantly flops on his side so you can rub his belly. His favorite toys are plastic springs, fishing poles, and pounceable pom poms. Benjamin is a great mix of playfulness, sweetness and independence.  His most enduring quality is caring for his smallest foster kitten friend, teaching him cat skills and making the little guy feel safe in a new situation. Big Ben loves to chase and cuddle with his foster kitten friends, so he would be happy to be adopted into a home with another cat or with an owner who can provide lots of affection and interaction. Benjamin may take a moment to assess if you are trustworthy, but when you pass the test, he will be your loyal companion.  Kitten has been in a loving and safe foster home partner with Friends For Life Animal Rescue. Kitten has been fixed, microchipped, tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, is up to date on vaccination and, per our policy, has been treated for potential ear mites, worms and fleas.  If you think you have room in your heart and home for this adorable kitten, please contact Laura at 540-272-3506.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites.
