Story
Reggie is a darling boy and a tripod. He and his sister suffered an accident in a former foster home and had to have their front leg removed. Reggie hasn't skipped a beat. He is running and playing, climbing the cat tree, racing through the tunnel, playing with ball towers and chasing his little sister, Sasha. His coat is so soft and thick, and he loves to be held like a baby or over your shoulder. He is vetted, healed and ready for his furever home. The fastest way to get in the queue for adoption is to complete our application: http://bit.ly/4Paws1HeartCatAdoption Our adoption fee includes spay or neuter, pain meds, two sets of kitten shots, fiv/flev testing and a microchip. Meet & greets are scheduled in the foster home following reference checks. Churro loves to play hide and seek, often hiding in unexpected place and ten surprising his brothers with a sudden leap. His antics include stealing socks and then teasing his siblings with them. He's known for his hilarious attempts to leap onto the couch--only to miss and land in a pile of cushions. He's a natural entertainer. He and his siblings are ready for meet and greets!

Story
The question isn’t, who would like to adopt Gary? The question is, who wouldn’t? A few weeks ago this handsome guy was found hiding in a hole in the ground near a bridge in Bear Creek Park in Keller. The following day we had torrential rain, and the area where he had been hiding was completely flooded. The good Samaritan whose dog found him, kindly offered to care for him while we tried to find his owner. As our efforts were unsuccessful, we agreed to put him in our program and she agreed to foster him. Gary has a chill personality and is very loving. He seems to adapt to new situations well as he appeared completely at home in my house after just an hour. He seems like he would be fine in a home with other cats, given proper introductions, but would probably also be a fantastic cat in a home with no other pets. If you’re interested in learning more about him, please contact us at animaladvocatesofnorthtexas@ymail.com.

Story
Cassie’s story is heartbreaking. When she was around two years old, her owner decided she should be an outdoor cat and tossed her outdoors. For the next eight years Cassie lived in a barn, giving birth to litter after litter of kittens. When the owner of the barn passed away, a family member taking over the property threatened to shoot all the cats currently living on the property. At that time Cassie was living in the barn and had three kittens who were around four weeks old. We agreed to place them in our foster program. Cassie has been a perfect house guest and was a wonderful mother to her 3 babies. She immediately settled into her foster home and did not need any time to become comfortable around the other cats. The first day she was allowed to roam freely in the house, she hopped up on a chair under the dining room table and sat beside one of the resident cats. She is sweet, low maintenance and will make a great companion for some lucky person or family.

Rocco is a sweetheart and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He is used to being in a multi pet home and particularly enjoys hanging out with his buddy, Clark, who is his snuggle buddy and personal groomer. He would love to be adopted with Clark and would be happiest in a home with adults only or older children who are gentle and cat savvy.

Story
Peppa and her brother, Petey, were being taken care of by a Good Samaritan while their mom went through a bitter divorce. After a year, the lady decided she was not going to be able to take the cats back and asked us to help rehome them. Petey is super sweet and gets along with everyone. Peppa is a bit more shy than her brother but is still super sweet. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and tends to get picked on by other cats. Peppa and Petey would do well in a household by themselves, or with other friendly cats and/or dogs.
