Story
Calley is not afaird of anything! She loves to sit outside in her crate and chirp at anything she can. Not a huge one for cuddles but will happily sit/sleep next to you. Normally very quiet and low maintance. Around March of this year, Calley-Cat and one of our dogs were rough housing and she got hurt. This required surgery to correct (back leg had torn ligaments) she has since made a full recovery and is back to climbing and playing. However she has not forgiven the dog and now shows aggression towards them. (NOT ALL DOGS just this one) This rift is whats leading me to adopt her out. I don't want her to live in a home where she has to be on edge. Its causing unneeded stress to her and the dog. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats (including her) and she has always been freindly with people/pets. We do not have kids but she has been around people as young as 10 and had no issues. - Crate trained - House Broken - Leash trained (walks/hikes) - Gets along with dogs/cats - About 5yr old

Story
Cleo has been a perfect pet, she is an adult tabby with we think some simease because of how verbal she is. Once she bonds with someone she is very loveable. Our newborn is unfortunately allergic or we would keep her. We have pet supplies that are free upon adoption if you would like. This includes: - A month's supply of food, wet and dry. - Like new cat tower. - Cleaned litter box - Cat Toys We really just want her to find a good home, hopefully her forever home. ❤

Story
The question isn’t, who would like to adopt Gary? The question is, who wouldn’t? A few weeks ago this handsome guy was found hiding in a hole in the ground near a bridge in Bear Creek Park in Keller. The following day we had torrential rain, and the area where he had been hiding was completely flooded. The good Samaritan whose dog found him, kindly offered to care for him while we tried to find his owner. As our efforts were unsuccessful, we agreed to put him in our program and she agreed to foster him. Gary has a chill personality and is very loving. He seems to adapt to new situations well as he appeared completely at home in my house after just an hour. He seems like he would be fine in a home with other cats, given proper introductions, but would probably also be a fantastic cat in a home with no other pets. If you’re interested in learning more about him, please contact us at animaladvocatesofnorthtexas@ymail.com.

Story
Cassie’s story is heartbreaking. When she was around two years old, her owner decided she should be an outdoor cat and tossed her outdoors. For the next eight years Cassie lived in a barn, giving birth to litter after litter of kittens. When the owner of the barn passed away, a family member taking over the property threatened to shoot all the cats currently living on the property. At that time Cassie was living in the barn and had three kittens who were around four weeks old. We agreed to place them in our foster program. Cassie has been a perfect house guest and was a wonderful mother to her 3 babies. She immediately settled into her foster home and did not need any time to become comfortable around the other cats. The first day she was allowed to roam freely in the house, she hopped up on a chair under the dining room table and sat beside one of the resident cats. She is sweet, low maintenance and will make a great companion for some lucky person or family.
