Story
Look at those huge eyes!! No one is cuter than little Buckwheat. He is part of our group of kittens named after The Little Rascals characters. Buckwheat loves to play hard and he also loves to sleep, but his favorite pastime is running up to greet any visitors who come by the house. He is one of the friendliest and most inquisitive kitten. He loves interacting with humans and is almost dog-like in his affection. If you scratch his head, he instantly purrs and becomes putty. His gorgeous stripes and colors are becoming more pronounced as he gets older. He is simply stunning in personality and in looks. He is so photogenic we are submitting his photos in a kitten calendar contest. Look at that adorable mug! Buckwheat also has a beautiful sister named Darla. Together, they are the sweetest pairs of kittens around. Story
Little Bramble had one of the most unusual stories we have ever encountered in the rescue business. He was found (or stolen from his nest) by a homeless man who tried to sell him off to other homeless people for a few bucks. Thankfully, the homeless community also has a contact in the rescue who immediately took this little guy into foster care right away. Baby Bramble was still a nursling and had to be bottled fed. He was covered in burrs and brambles (hence the name) and his thick baby fur had to be brushed and cleaned over several days to get all the burrs out. Weeks later, and this gnarly, little burrberry turns out to be an adorable tiny feline that will happily follow his human around. He loves to sit quietly next to you and will politely tap your shoulder if he wants a hug and cuddle. The minute he gets picked up to be kissed, his little purr motor starts rumbling to no end. When not contemplating life's meaning in silence, Bramble bravely runs around and try to chase his bigger foster sibling, Puddles, during their rambunctious playtime. If you are looking to adopt Bramble, consider meeting him and his brother, Puddles. They are so dang cute together. We would love to show this handsome boy and his sibling to you. Please fill out a Meet and Greet form for him or contact 214 621 1139 for more information about our sweet kitten. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdf3ebq7POP7EcSJGQV-GK9GThtux4SYMGV9jqWyQJyq7M1KQ/viewform This is a No Exception Rule: Due to its young age, this kitten cannot be adopted into a home that has no other young cat(s) or kitten(s) for it to socialize with. Story
With his cross-eyed look, Guacamole appears to view the world with a baffled look. He has the sweetest looking face and the deceptive innocent "I'm a good boy" look in his amber eyes. He has an independent spirit and can happily check things out on his own. Left to his own device, Waldo will invent his own play strategy and amuse himself contentedly. This kitty is low maintenance and gets along with all other cats/dog in his foster home. He is gentle in nature, but he does have a cautious streak in him. He prefers a slow meet and greet with all newcomers. To truly know Guacamole, you have to earn his affection. He is NOT the grab- and-kiss variety of cats. But he will be the type of cat that you will love forever and remember once he is old and gone. Why? Because he has that slow, devoted charm that makes its way into your heart forever. Story
I rescued both Luna and Nova as kittens. They are very sweet and love attention and cuddles. They are both great with kids and other cats. They are both declawed and up to date on their shots and dental work. They are best friends and I would love it if they both were able to find a new forever home together. I would love to keep them, but unfortunately because of my medical condition I no longer can. I will be also giving their litter, their food, their water fountain as well as anything else of theirs to their new owners.

Story
Brie is one unusual looking girl. She is a cross between a tabby with a hint of calico - giving her coat a pattern we call the tabbico. She has the cutest little face, with eyes that are slightly crossed (a hint of her Siamese heritage). This little girl is mischievous and extremely adventurous. With a strong zeal for play and exploration, the only time this cutie-pie remains still is when her meals are served. She loves to give cuddles and nuzzles to her human foster parents and she gets along famously with her other foster siblings. Despite her emerging predatorial instincts, Brie has a healthy respect for the three parrots that co-habit her foster homes. Perhaps it helps that their wingspan is much larger than her tiny, little self. If you are looking for a feline stunner of the first degree, look no further, because this is one beautiful kitten that will only get more stunning as she develops her colors. Her charming personality and tendency to snuggle will endear her to everyone in her forever family.

Story
This sweet 2 year old guy is extremely friendly, outgoing, and energetic. He was a stray cat outside our house for a few months. His daily visits to our doorstep eventually convinced us to let him inside and he completely captured our hearts. He loves meeting new people and chasing spring toys and he gives the best headbutts. A home that frequently hosts parties or visitors would be no issue and he's the life of the party when we host. He likes attention on his own terms, which is often and frequently. He now loves his indoor-only lifestyle. Unfortunately, we already have another cat who is a grumpy older guy. They are simply not getting along and they both deserve freedom to run around their home without any trouble. MJ can sometimes swat or be grumpy if he is overwhelmed. It's best to let him approach you for attention, which he wants almost all the time. I think he wouldn't do well with young children, but older kids and teenagers should be fine. Fee negotiable

Story
Cheez-It was found wandering in the woods of Oklahoma while we were staying in a remote cabin. She immediately befriended us and didn’t want to leave our side, following us around and rubbing up against us while purring loudly. She was found with no collar and a little skinny. Her first meal from us was a few crushed up cheezits, hence her name. There was no way we could leave her to fend for herself, so we brought her home with us. We took her to the vet and he found her in perfect health. She has had her shots and is doing fantastic - she is very playful and friendly! We are not in a position to keep her long-term, so we would love to find a wonderful forever home for her! She is approximately 7-8 months old.

Story
Our family rescued/adopted Leo when he was just a kitten, and we've loved him for the past decade; however, as the kids have gotten older, it's been hard for him to have a happy home, and my spouse and I are concerned with the young kids chasing and being a little too rough causing Leo to bite them occasionally. Most of the time, he's friendly, but our 3-year-old boy is a little rough, causing Leo to run and hide. I'd like Leo not to be in a home where children constantly chase him! He's a great and loving cat who still sleeps on our bed, but the liability around our kids makes us ready for him to find another loving home.

Story
Banana is a goofball and a ball of energy. I adopted him when he was 3 months old from the Farmers Branch Animal Shelter. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped. He is not declawed, and as of the past few months has become shy when it comes to letting me trim his nails. I am moving to a much smaller unit in December. Because Banana is so high energy, I don't think it would be fair to him to keep him trapped in such a small place. I would love to see him go somewhere where he gets the attention he so desperately seeks (he is a drama queen). I am unsure of how he is with children & other cats, however I know he is not good with dogs. I would like to see him go to an experienced cat owner, due to how high energy he is. He is constantly wanting to play, make biscuits, have attention and is basically the definition of the zoomies.

Story
Meet Panda! Panda is a lovable and huggable tabby. She a big girl so there is more of her to love and she has lots of love to give. She is a little shy, but once she gets to know you, she is sweet and loves human companionship. She enjoys pets and cuddles. She can also be nudged into playing a bit. In her foster home, she is indifferent toward the other cats. She will likely do well in a home with another friendly kitty. She would also likely do well as an only kitty getting all the attention. If you are looking for a pair, several of her kittens are also available for adoption. Panda was a neighborhood kitty that was brought to TPP by a concerned neighbor just days before she had kittens. Once she enjoyed the finer points of being an indoor kitty, she had no desire to return to being a neighborhood kitty - she is not even interested in exploring the catio at her foster home. DOB: 07/01/2022 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Story
Meet Artichoke! Artichoke is a sweet tabby kitten with an adorable face and big green eyes! He has adorable tiger stripes and a cute pink nose. He has a soft coat that's perfect for petting and he loves his chin being scratched! Artichoke is a little on the shy side, but that doesn't stop him from being sweet and affectionate! He also loves to take cat naps and chase toy mice around the house. Artichoke loves to snuggle and play with the other kitties in the household. He is happiest when he is cuddling in his cat bed and observing everything going on around him. Artichoke is still a little reserved and hasn't fully come out of his shell. However, he is a gentle cat who loves being pet and just needs a little one-on-one time with his future humans to become more confident. Artichoke was part of a feral litter whose mama cat brought them to their foster family's doorstep. He has been inside since around 9 weeks old and his happily adjusting to his cozy inside lifestyle. DOB 05/01/2023 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag.
