Story
“You can never forget the moments spent with a good cat.” And do we a lovely one for you! Chanterelle is six months old and a world-class snuggler… once you earn it. She melts like butter on toast when she feels safe. Just don’t expect kisses on the first date. You’ll get a dramatic hiss and a look that says, “I’m judging your life choices.” Chanterelle is looking for that rare human who sees past the attitude and recognizes the soft, loving cat she is becoming. All Chanterelle needs is a patient home, a little humor, and someone willing to stick it out through the hissy stage. Adopt some spice. You might just get sugar in return. E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Story
Missy is Adorable, cuddly and sweet! She seems to do ok with most other cats, but has decided our biggest male cat (a softie, chill but large breed) is the enemy and becomes very territorial around him. Her level of anxiety around him affects the other cats as well. I don’t know how to tell if she would get along with other cats in your home, but she needs people who are home frequently. She needs lots of loving pets and cuddles. She will sleep attached to my hip or by my head at night. She is missing a front tooth and seems a bit wobbly, so I’m not sure if it is vision or neurological. I want her to have a home where she can be relaxed and hopefully lower her anxiety and make her feel safe.

Story
About two years old. This sweet loving catman was raised indoors from kitten stage, chipped by young former owners. New baby arrived, so Ryan the cat got put outside to fend for his self. Showed up here at my rescue which is down the street from owner, I called them and they don't want any animal back. I can't bring him in as my son is allergic to cats. He is sweet and just wants to be petted, although no one here can really do that so much. He deserves a good home as he is quiet, well behaved and litter box trained. Fully vetted and neutered. Please consider this baby who is forced to live outside for now........

Story
1 year old gray intact male tabby. Leo was found near my house and has been living on the deck. Very friendly, trusting cat who likes to be held and get pets. He’s the kind of cat who will lie down and take a nap with you. Gives our other animals space and doesn’t try to fight them or hide from them. He's calmer than most cats around dogs, water, and loud noises. He’s somewhat distressed from being abandoned but will recover with time and love. Needs to be neutered and get his shots. We have a few cats already and just don’t want another right now. Free to a good home.

Story
We have had this cat since around 2014. She has been a great cat for our daughter and the two have grown up together. The last several months the cat has started urinating in random places around the house. She has ruined multiple beds and other furniture int he house. She is an amazing cat for our daughter but she has an incredible amount of anxiety so she gets scared very easy. She is not dangerous to anyone, but she gets scared and hides in our daughters room. She has been great for several years, but she is costing us hundreds of dollars every couple of months on new bedding, and also new mattresses. We dont want to put her down but we have no idea what to do. Whoever takes her needs to be an expert with cats and very patient.

Story
Blue is an exceptional cat. Extremely loving. Does not like to be picked up but will love on you and let you love on her. She is fairly small. Energetic and loves to play. She is bonded to our male cat Oscar, but would be just fine being on her own and the center of attention. We adopted Blue in 2021 from a rescue. There is absolutely nothing wrong with her.

Story
Muse came in from an area where cats were overpopulating. He's very timid and could be worked with over a long period of time. A home living as a barn cat is also an option for him as he's already accustomed to living outdoor with other cats. Muse is now neutered, ear clipped, and up to date on care. We are estimating him to be around 7 months old. With all outdoor feral cats, a shelter and daily food/water is needed. They cannot survive on hunting mice alone.  ##2371467##

Story
Tawny is a feral cat who hasn't had much contact with people. She needs a home living as a barn cat where she can run freely and hunt. With all ferals, a shelter is required for them when they need to escape the weather. Daily food/water will need to be provided as hunting alone cannot sustain them. In return for freedom, Tawny will put her natural hunting skills to use to help with rodent population. She is already spayed and up to date on vaccinations.  ##2405602##

Story
Andy is such a sweet boy and all he wants is love! He came in alone and wasn't in the best shape. He's now neutered and vetted. This good boy would love to cuddle up in your lap. He sure does love his naps! We're estimating him to be 2 years old.  ##2402168##
