Story
This is Truffles, a one-year old girl who has the sweetest disposition. She was a stray that was trapped, but was way too nice to be put back outside. She is very affectionate and will jump right into your lap. She has no interest in toys, at least not yet. Truffles is also afraid of other cats, so she would prefer to be an only child.

Story
Hope is a sweet older cat (15-16 years old) who loves purring loudly while cuddling as much as possible. She would do best in a slow paced home without other cats. Our niece experienced a mental health issue last fall and could no longer keep her and we brought her into our home that had 2 dogs and 2 other cats. It appears that Hope is being bullied by the other cats and now is urinating outside of the litter box that is guarded. We have followed the 3-3-3 Rule for Cats and she has not yet adapted to our home with 2 other cats after 4 months. Hope was adopted at the age of 9 from PetSmart by our niece who had her for 6 years. We would love to keep Hope as she is a sweet girl but do not want to keep her stressed in a home with two other cats who seem to bully her.

Meet Coraline! Coraline was brought to ICHS as a stray. She was pregnant at the time of her intake and had her babies just a few weeks later. Coraline had four adorable babies who have since been adopted! Now, she is looking to find that fur-ever home of her own! Coraline is a very lazy gal. Her favorite activities include lounging around in her bed and taking long cat naps. She especially loves when she can sprawl out in the sun! While Coraline was not a big fan of the shelter staff at first, she has made a lot of progress. Coraline loves hanging out around our shelter staff and receiving pets and brushes. She is so social compared to when she came in! She may even make a good lap cat eventually! If you have some patience for this gorgeous gal consider putting in an adoption application for Coraline today! Primary Color: Tortoiseshell Age: 4yrs 4mths 0wks
