Story
My boyfriend and I are looking to rehome our young male cat because he is not adjusting well to our new house as well as us being allergic to him. I am to believe that he is not adjusting well to our home due to him being a solo cat. His behavior has earned him the name Menace because he loves to jump on us and run around like crazy! We enjoy watching him run around and chase his toys, he also enjoys taking naps on his cat tree as well. Looking to rehome him immediately with another loving home that has a cat friend for him. **Menace will come with his toys, his litter box (if wanted), and cat tree.**

Story
Has been around toddlers since we got him from Animal Rescue League, about 2 years old. Pros: Easy going Doesn't scratch furniture or carpet Independent eater/drinker (food water left out all day without issues) Minimal counter stepping although not zero Pine litter box trained, never had issues going outside of box, except for plants Chill Only ever been inside Cons: Digs in large plants and pees in the plant dirt Stinky poop, sometimes doesn't cover or mix litter box I honestly can't think of other cons. I had never really bonded with this cat. It was a third cat to add a kitten while we had a 1 yr old and the two 10yr old cats were my first babies. The older two have since needed to be put down for health issues and with this cat being left I am finding myself falling out of love with cats.

Story
Hi! This is Zekey. Zeke is a senior brown tabby cat. With a couple of seasoned gray hairs. He is 12 years old and is in need of an experienced adopter. He is just the sweetest boy you could meet, he comes to you when you call his name, he loves to cuddle, and chin scratches are his favorite. The only reason I am choosing to rehome Zeke is because recently his age progression has become something that needs more attention than I am able to give due to my work schedule with two jobs. I have two care takers for Zeke so he is well and happy when I’m not there usually. Zeke has a very quiet meow. And two medical problems. One is joint dysplasia throughout his whole body. He cannot do stairs and he topples often but gets right back up. You will notice his paws are crooked because of this condition. His second medical issue is bathroom. He has trouble staying put while using the bathroom so I usually carry him to the box and sit with him there so he won’t go elsewhere in the apartment.

Story
This here sweet fella is Marvin. He is a little over two years old. He is a beautiful gray tabby with green eyes and a slender frame. He is only about 9 pounds. He does live with two dogs and another cat. Unfortunately our other cat has decided she is queen bee and is causing problems. We would love to find Marvin a loving new home where he can be loved on. He prefers the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. He would love to go somewhere with some space for him to be able to freely roam around during the day and have a safe warm spot at night. He would make for an excellent shop cat, barn cat, greenhouse supervisor, church monitor or something or a working cat. He would be rehomed with some of his favorite foods to get you started, some toys and scratching post that he loves. I am asking for a small rehoming fee that is negotiable just to insure he is going somewhere good. There will be a bit of a vetting process for this little guy.

Story
Daisy is a sweet little girl. She’s curious, playful and independent. She tolerates children but likes dogs and cats. She is litter box trained and used to getting her nails clipped. My older cat does not like her despite months of trying to get them acclimated. It’s not fair to her or to my other cat so I’m trying to find her a new furever home. No rehoming fee just want her to go to someone who will take good care of her.

Story
FIP SURVIVOR ALERT! We know many people are familiar with Pringle's journey, but here is a recap if you are new here. Pringle's life has been riddled with bad luck, but he is a fighter! He lost his mom and siblings at 3 weeks of age due to an unknown illness/disease. At 5 weeks, he suffered a dog bite to his face (which was stitched up and healed well) when he escaped his quarantine room to look for a playmate. Then at 8 weeks his Feline Leukemia test showed faintly positive which resulted in a longer quarantine and more tests. At 4 months old, he was neutered and tested negative for FeLV. We were hopeful he could finally socialize with other cats and find a forever home. In the days following surgery, Pringle began rapidly declining and we were preparing for the worst. Tests ruled out several possibilities and he was diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). We can happily report that he is officially declared FIP CURED following his one year blood work result after treatment. With so much bad in his life, there can only be good from here! Pringle is an adorable 1 year old boy. He is curious of the world around him and is often the first to explore a new object or room. Pringle loves to play with any dangly string--be it a shoelace or hoodie string! Even more enticing to him are moving feet and hands under a blanket. Pringle often prefers the companionship of humans over felines and does not have the best catiquette because he was isolated for so long due to his illnesses. He loves getting pets on his head and can be such a snuggle bug. Pringle has the tiniest meow when he greets his foster dad at the end of a long work day. Pringle gets a lot of kisses because we just can't resist his big, round eyes. He is also our favorite meme cat. We often create comparisons of his pictures because he is so photogenic and silly! Although Pringle is the most adorable and loving cat, Pringle has developed some cattitude because he was a single kitten for a very long time. He gets overstimulated easily by rowdy cats and people and can get mouthy when pushed to his limit. For this reason, we think the perfect home is a calm household with adults only who are cat savvy and understand his body language. Pringle is neutered, negative for FIV and FeLV, and updated on all his vaccines. If you think that you've got the perfect home for this wonderful boy, please email Lori at apcatrescue@gmail.com for an application today!
