Story
The Independent Explorer with a Playful Spirit! Sepia has blossomed into an active, lively kitten who loves playing with the other cats in her foster home. With her adventurous nature and playful personality, she’s always on the lookout for her next big discovery. Independent and curious, she enjoys spending her time watching fish swim in the tank or keeping a close eye on the squirrels outside. She also adores playtime, whether it’s with her sister Hazel or the other kittens in her foster family’s home, spreading joy and lively energy wherever she goes. While Sepia is naturally curious and independent, she’s also beginning to show her softer side. She enjoys asking for cuddles and loves curling up with her foster parents' children at bedtime. Her growing affection, paired with her outgoing personality, makes her the perfect mix of fun and sweetness. Sepia is ready to find her forever family, whether as a single kitten or alongside her sister Hazel. Could your home be the perfect match for this charming, spirited kitten? She’s ready to fill your life with love, joy, and endless playful energy!

Story
The Playful and Affectionate Explorer! Hazel has blossomed into a playful and curious kitten who loves nothing more than running around and engaging in fun games with the other kittens in her foster home. She enjoys chasing her sister and foster cats around the house, always keeping an eye on the fish tank for some extra entertainment. While Hazel is always up for an adventure, she also has a cuddly side. She loves snuggling up with her humans, striking the perfect balance between playful energy and affectionate sweetness. Her curious nature keeps her eager to explore her surroundings and discover new things, making every day with Hazel a delightful experience. Although Hazel adores her sister, she is also independent enough to thrive in a loving home on her own, especially if there are other cats to keep her company. She’s ready to share her love, charm, and lively personality with a new family. Could Hazel be the perfect addition to your home? She’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and endless fun into your life!

1.5 Years old - BONDED TO COLA & SUNSHINE Please note, this is a posting through the Courtesy Adoption Program. Please contact the current owner directly for more details. Their details are below. Mocha is a 1.5 year old DSH brown tabby female shy girl who spends a lot of time alone but loves playing with her sisters. She also loves temptation treats more than anything. Spayed with current vaccines. Mocha needs to be adopted with her 2 sisters, Cola and Sunshine. They cannot be separated as I found them in an abandoned house together and have been together every single day since they were born. They all love to sun bathe in their cat house and look out the window. They are energetic and love to play constantly. Mocha, Cola & Sunshine are participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue. Toronto Cat Rescue does not accept responsibility for any pet placements that result from this service. If you need more info or would like to adopt please contact Larissa at 437-265-3422. Thank you! Story
This sweet lady came back to us after her owners were unable to keep her. She is a very lovely kitty who enjoys being pet, will rub up against you and sit near you, but not on your lap, once she is comfortable with you. She tolerates being picked up and carried, but doesn't enjoy snuggles. She travels very well in the car and has made several road trips across Ontario. She likes catnip toys, but isn't a big fan of chasing a ball. She likes to watch visitors to her home from afar and isn't likely to visit for more than a passing head scratch. She is tolerant of children and other cats, but not dogs. She has been spayed, is up to date with her vaccines, is FIV/FelV negative and has had her flea treatment. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. Please help us get the kitties to their forever homes faster by respecting these guidelines!

Story
This young gal came into our care pregnant, has had her time to be a momma and is now ready for her furever home. She can be very affectionate, and also very not affectionate! She took a long time to trust her foster momma, but is still wary of being picked up. She does enjoy a good petting and chin scratches and will sit nearby, but not snuggle. She is not a fan of dogs and children should be 10 or older so not to overwhelm her. A quiet indoor home with another quiet kitty would be ideal for her. She has been flea treated and dewormed, is FIV/FelV negative, up to date on her vaccines and has been spayed. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! Hilda is a spicy and spunky, fearless little girl. She loves to play and wrestle with her siblings. She adores a nap in your lap with belly rubs. She is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on her vaccines and will come with a voucher for her spay at 6 months, done in Woodstock at our vet. To facilitate the spay surgery, applications from locations within half an hour distance from Woodstock will be considered. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!
