Silver is around 1 year old and weighs 6.5 lbs. She was found as a stray, with 4 kittens, who we also have posted for adoption. She was brought indoors along with her kittens by the kind person who found them. She appears to be healthy and is in process of being vetted. Oreo and Truffle (littermates that I call the twins) lived in Florida with a medium sized dog for four years. Their owners (friends of mine) were moving and were not able to take the cats with them. I already had cats and took the twins in (last August) when their owners were not able to find a suitable home (indoor only to good owners). A couple of months ago the twins decided that they did not like my rescue Siamese and have systematically cornered my Siamese to live in just a room and under a chair in my room. We went to the vet and asked what we could do to help them all get along. We were given calming medicine for the twins and that has helped a little, but not solved the problem. So I unfortunately need to find them a new home. These two are great cats. Friendly, personable, affectionate and talkative, but not to talkative. They love to be talked to and petted. You can see from the pics that they like to hang on the couch with us. Truffle loves to be held.
