Meet Skippy ❤️ Tabby mix, born 6/13/24, male, 4lbs Skippy had a rough start in life. He was found at a very young age, abandoned in a parking lot. If that wasn’t bad enough, Skippy had a severely injured front leg. He had severe nerve damage that was beyond repair. Skippy is now a TRIPOD! He has fully recovered, and ready for his forever home. He is very sweet, playful, and adjusting to life on 3 legs. Skippy was isolated from other kitties while recovering, and is getting used to having playmates. He is expected to be 10-12lbs as an adult. Skippy is current on vaccines, combo tested negative, neutered, & microchipped. Smuckers came to us from the great outdoors, with a broken leg. After being in a cast for 6 weeks, the leg healed and Smuckers is now a running, jumping, playful little bundle of kitten cuteness. His foster mom says Smuckers is the “sweetest kitten ever!” Not only is Smuckers funny and lovable entertainment, but he is a cuddler and want to sit with you whenever you sit down. Smuckers has a small limp and his leg is a wee bit shorter. But that doesn’t stop him from being the entire kitten package. Because with a name like Smuckers, he has to be good! When Catman came to Purrfect Friends, he had a patchy coat and somber demeanor. Turns out, he was just broken-hearted and misunderstood.   Catman lost his home during Covid quarantine, and made himself sick with worry...this guy is a sensitive soul.  He comes off as very human, and doesn't mind listening to your troubles one bit.  He is a great confidant, and can also double as a pillow...once he gets to know you...     Given the power of love, and a stable environment, this little angel has transformed into the sweetest, most protective, loyal cuddle-buddy you will ever meet.  His elegant, thick coat makes him look a little like a cow and a little like a super model.  And he has the most exquisite light green eyes!   Catman has SO much fun playing with his foster siblings, and takes the role of big brother, and protector.  He was also voted most likely to eat everybody else's leftovers!  He loves his special wet food snack, and will talk to you to remind you if you forget!   Catman does not LOVE being picked up and fawned over, but he does jump up onto the table to give his foster mom hugs and kisses.  He is the first one to greet her at the door after work, and is the first one to give her a talking to if she is out past curfew!  He is also the first one into bed, and the first one to crawl on top of his human and curl up into a little ball at night.  He is a big baby that likes to be warm and snuggly.   Catman is super protective of his beloved human, and will be your most faithful companion!  If you are looking for a buddy to hang out with you and watch tv, Catman is your man!  He loves to be within sight of his human...not overly affectionate, but 100% loyal and appreciative!  Can he be your Superhero, or can you be his? Black house panther alert! Stoli is very exotic looking, almost like a black Siamese. His coat is magnificent, he is very handsome. Stoli  is on the shy side but is not afraid. He will freely hang out in the same room with you, do all the normal cat things like watch the birds & squirrels outside the windows, play with toys, etc but he stays just out of reach from being touched. He justs seems worried that something bad might happen. So like most cats - loving him is on his terms. Stoli thrives on routines & once comfortable enjoys being petted some - you can especially pet him when he is eating his daily canned food. He is very smart and simply said - seems to prefer cats to people. Since Stoli is distrustful of new things he would take awhile to settle in.  We don't know why some lack confidence but we do know that all deserve homes, and to be loved & accepted for who they are. Stoli would do best in a quiet home & with someone willing to continue to help him gain confidence. At this time he is not a kitty that will come & get into your lap but he is still a very nice boy. He's come so far! Since Stoli loves other kitties so we would love to see him in a home with a buddy that would be nice to him. His current buddy in his foster home is Cas, who is very much like him. They are constantly together. Born likely around March 7, 2021. He is fixed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv.  Adoption fee $60 or 2 adults for $100.  He really needs to be adopted into a home with other cats.
