Story
Chestnaught does have 2 siblings, Cotton and Deathstroke. We have attempted to rehome them separately once and they starved themselves, so we think it's best they all stay together if possible. Chestnaught was born September 13, 2017. Chestnaught is very lovey and loves staying nearby people and cuddling. He loves to eat grass, but must be indoors. All the cats do get along with children, however they would do best in a household with older children. They tend to keep their distance from young children that are more hyper.

Story
Abed is very lovey and loves to cuddle. He can almost be too lovey sometimes but he’s a very sweet boy. He does have a behavioral issue but we just can’t afford/don’t have time to get him the help he needs. He’s 4 years old and his birthday is on Valentine’s Day.

Story
She is affectionate, loving and calm. She is very afraid of my dog. My dog wants to be aggressive toward her. She came to me as a dump off stray. I have been told she is estimated to be about 6 months old. She has mitten paws and a healed injury to her left eye. She wants a quiet home with a nice warm lap and chin scratches. She would be an ideal cat for a retired person or couple. She uses a litter box and doesn't require much from her person. She doesn't claw furniture or any other bad behavior that I have found. Just needs a safe home and love.

Story
Our cat, Rufus was born around spring 2018. We adopted him with his sister from a farmer vet in Michigan when they were 9 months old. He lived in barns until his adoption. He was declawed and microchipped prior to adoption. He likes attention, getting lots of pets, and to play. He would love to be in a home where he is able to get the attention he deserves. He’s very vocal and loves to communicate with us. He’s playful and silly and follows us wherever we go. He is sweet and I know he’ll thrive in an environment where he is able to get lots of cuddles and pets.

Story
Hello! This cat was my friends and she had asked me to home him for a few months while she figured out her living situation. Long story short, almost a year later I still have Mochi and the friend has changed her phone number. He has been nothing but loveable, friendly, energetic and loves to snuggle. He gets along with dogs and people. I have not had him around other cats or children but he is an easy going boy so sure he will be fine. I unfortunately can no longer keep Mochi. After countless attempts to reach out to the owner of him I have not been successful. I hope you can give him the love and attention he needs (:

Story
I found Kiwi outside of my workplace, one cold morning in October of 2022. She was no more than 8 weeks old and needed help, so I scooped her up and got her a box with some kitten food. I was originally only going to foster because I already had 4 cats of my own but I fell for her kitten charms. She fit in very well at first and the boys loved her and accepted her right away. As time went on, I started noticing she was becoming more reserved and anxious. My own personal life has been getting increasingly busy and I have not been able to put in the time with her to help her. Having a background in rescue, I have come to the saddening decision that I cannot give her what she needs. I think she needs a home where she gets more attention than what I can give. She is also polydactyl and needs some special attention when it comes to her spare claw (so that it does not grow into her paw). I hope I can find her a loving home where she can thrive and live a stress-free life!

Story
Potato Chip is about 1 1/2 years old and such a good cat. He’s very friendly and loving, but he’s also orange so it’s just him and his singular brain cell against the world. He loves watching Cat TV and sitting at the window for hours. I am relocating to Florida at the end of April and I am unable to transport Potato due to space restrictions in my vehicle, and my concerns that it will cause unnecessary stress for him. He also has an obsession with trying to go outside. I take him out on his harness when I can, but I will be living in a small studio apartment and I’ve decided to not take the risk of him getting his taste of freedom in Florida with the risk of other animals and storms in the area. He thinks that he wants to live outside, but he’s sitting at his food bowl begging for food every other hour. Potato is about 10lbs and very playful. He comes with a small cat tree, a tunnel, his harness, food, and litter-box if you’d like it, and all of his toys.
