Story
Toonces is a super sweet, sociable cat who loves to cuddle up. Toonces was born in Asheville and we adopted her from my daughter about about 13 years ago when she was a kitten. She handles crowds well and is very comfortable with adults and children. She is very gentle with kids and has a great disposition. Unfortunately, we are moving across country and can't bring Toonces with us. She is house trained and likes sleeping inside, but enjoys exploring the outdoors during the day. Toonces is truly an awesome cat!

Story
Simba is a sweet and playful boy, but not coping well with the addition of a new baby. His anxiety is causing him to urinate around the house and I have to make the extremely difficult decision to find him a new, loving home. He is also bonded with his sister, Nala (also 12), so I think they would be happier in a new home together. Simba loves to cuddle with his catnap toys, and also play fetch with rubber bands. Nala loves dribbling crinkly balls like a soccer ball! I can't belive they are 12 because they play like kittens. They will snuggle with me on the couch (when they decide to :)) and sleep in bed with me. They are inside cats, spayed/neutered. They will do best in a generally quiet home with no dogs. They also love plenty of windows for sleeping in the sun and bird-watching.

Story
Luna was given to us by a friend . We received her as a kitten back in 2014. She is a love ball. She loves to cuddle, loves to be on your lap or lay next to you. She’s great with dogs and loves to cuddle with our dog. She’s also excellent with toddlers . She’s been around dogs, cats and even guinea pigs and has been great with all of them. Kids , babies and toddlers . She has medium fur but does need to be combed if not it will form knots . She is large so requires a bigger litter box. She is trained to use the litter box and understands her name Luna. She is shy at first but quickly warms up to you. We are sad to have to surrender her as we have been with her for 10 years now. We would love for her to find a loving home that will give her all the cuddles she needs.

Story
Boba is a very sweet and friendly cat. She loves to play and just be near people. Boba has been with us for almost 4 years and is a very sweet indoor-outdoor cat. She loves treats and is talkative when she needs food or would like to go outside. Recently she has been having some behavioral issues where she is soiling outside of her litterbox and many changes to litter and home arrangements have not been helping. We are hoping another owner can take better care of her!

Story
We got Mochi from an adoption center not long ago. He was very nice and excited to play with his feather toy. We brought him home to our other cats and he was shy at first but after 2 days he was playing well with them. We don’t have anything to complain. Me and my girlfriend have to leave the country for medical surgery. So we are looking to re home our sweet boy.

Story
We adopted Artimus from the SPCA in Garner about a year ago. She had just been fixed after having a litter of kittens. Artimus is about 4 years old. She's only ever been around myself, my husband and our 13-year-old son since the adoption but once she got used to us, she had no problem asking for love and attention. She absolutely does not like to be picked up, but we've been working on that by picking her up and cuddling her while scratching her favorite spot, behind her ears. There's only been 2 issues since we got her, 1. she scoots even though there's no reason according to her vet and 2. she pees on anything left on the bathroom floor whether it be a rug or a towel or clothes. Since we live in a small apartment and the bathroom has no ventilation, we cannot close the door. This is the only reason we are putting her up for adoption. Please reach out today to meet this adorable girl.

Story
This is our 2 year old female tabby cat named “Luna” She is a bit shy and anxious at first but once she warms up to her new home and owners all she wants is to be around asking for head rubs. She surprisingly knows how to play fetch with her favorite jibblet toy, very talkative, very energetic at times, and really a chill cat. She is a very clean cat and smart cat that will listen if told no if she’s on top of something that she is not supposed to be or anything of that matter. Fully potty trained and always goes to her litter dome no problem. She is fully up to date on her vaccines, has been chipped, and has been neutered, we can provide the documentation. This is the hard part, Luna has recently become aggressive towards our small dog which she grew up with so that part still confuses me, but Luna has not been able to get acclimated with our small dog being around after weeks of us trying so we are making to hard decision of looking for a new loving home for Luna.

Story
Simone and her brother, Winston, are four year old siblings who we adopted when they were kittens. They are indoor only and haven’t left the confines of our house from the time they moved in; their vet makes house calls here. If you enjoy cats, you can’t do better than these two. They are easy to care for and have none of the annoying habits often found among cats, such as scratching furniture, walking on kitchen countertops, fighting with one another, etc. They are the best of friends and a pleasure to have around as companions. We’re looking for a new home where they can continue to live together. Look here for Winston’s separate listing.
