Story
Kipper is a 4 year old rescue. Someone dropped her off on the side of the road when she was a kitten. We found her stuck in a wall crying for 3 days. We had to tear open the wall to get her. Shes a sweet kitty but shy around new people. Shes good with children but tolerates toddlers and babies much less and may defend herself if being grabbed. Kipper grew up with a dog and another cat and gets along with them very well. Kipper is scared of the outside because of her experience on our farm and will rarely try to go outside. If she does, she panics if you close the door. Kipper will need a patient owner who gives her time to come out from hiding for cuddles. Kipper is trained and needs to have a designated scratching place. We use the cardboard scratchers. She is healthy and has had her rabies vaccine 3 years ago. All other shots would need to be updated by the new owner.

Story
Gambit is the best cat in the world. I adopted him during the lonely days of Covid. He grew up with my pit bull Conan, who sadly passed away, but not before passing on some dog-like traits to Gambit. Gambit fetches tiny paper balls like a dog and loves cuddles and pets. He'll throw himself onto the floor, waiting for attention the moment you walk in. He rarely scratches furniture, respects boundaries, and patiently waits for affection. If you call his name with a high-pitched voice, he'll come running with excitement. He's great with everyone. Gambit welcomes visitors, gets along with big and small friendly dogs, and even stays calm and gentle around young kids who play gently during family gatherings. He's friendly, playful, and incredibly well-behaved- a truly perfect cat. Unfortunately, I found out recently that all of my ailments have been due to severe cat allergies which is why I am searching to rehome my beloved Gambit. he deserves a home where he can be fully loved!

Story
Meet Avery loves his sister Ashley - TINY SWEETNESS Here come the first batch of our Thanksgiving kittens! Kitten season is ending but we are FULL of friendly happy kittens who are SOOO darn special. They are anywhere from 8 to 12 wks old so SOME are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home unless u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! *SOME OF THESE KITTENS ARE NOT SPAYED AND NEUTERED UPON POSTING!* 3 sets of TWINS Coraline and Cash AND Push Pop and Drumstick AND Elderberry and Boisenberry - 8-10w bro sis adorables - gorgeous markings and even better personalities - SWEET SWEET SWEET Avery and Ashley - these 8-9 w old miracles are very dear to us. Avery is so sweet and snuggly as is Ashley who is MISSING A FOOT yet has the pad - born with an odd deformity that makes her even more precious - both the cutest happiest tots ever Goose Scout (bonded) and Gina their baby sis (too small to fix) - 8 wk old precious triplets - 2 bonded and omg precious - HIGHER donation applies to Scout as he is ridiculously popular and adores Goose his bro Rusty, Wonder and Pooh - 8-12 wk old orphans - do kittens get any lovelier? Well these 3 are the cream of the crop - perfect in every way! These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in NYC and KY at a high kill shelters and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Again some of these babies are TOO SMALL to go solo so u must have another young cat in the home or adopt in pairs. All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months. ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! If you are allergic, then prepare for 20 yrs of an allergy if the cat you adopt causes issues... If you want to apply - please go to https://rnrpets.org/cat-application/ to be approved. If you have additional questions please contact us via email at rocknrescue1@gmail.com. They are all fully vetted spayed neutered per age and vaccinated tested FIV FELV neg had preventatives and microchipped. And ready for love! They are also available to adopters from out of state in the Northeast and is located here in Bedford Hills NY! Long distance adopters must pick up here sorry no shipping or delivering!
