Daisy is 6 years old and loves attention. She loves being held and cuddling and will want your attention all the time. She does have a sensitive stomach and is very petite. She is very vocal and loves to “talk” with you. Overall she is a love bug but can be pretty particular.

Story
She is my beautiful girl and I love her. She has gotten me through very tough times. I must rehome her because I am getting married to and moving in with someone deathly allergic to cats. Daisy is 12 years old. She has an over active thyroid but can't take the meds as they lower her white cell count. And she won't eat the special food. So she is just skinny, but acts normal. She is very affectionate. She eats Purina sensitive stomach formula. Also, she likes cold chicken and small amounts of wet food mixed with water to make a gravy. She is front and back declawed. She likes looking out the window at nature but has never been outside. She is a one person cat but will greet others. She likes to be on your lap but to get there on her own, not to be picked up.

Story
Rory and Romeo are about 5-6 years old. Rory was given to us by a friend as a kitten, and Romeo was adopted from the humane society at about 1 year old. Romeo was a bit of a "scaredy cat," but warmed up very quickly. Rory is great with kids. Unfortunately, some personal health issues have left us unable to take care of the cats anymore.

Story
Some cats are meant for adventure; climbing and running, never settling in one spot for too long. And some cats are nothing but big sweet boys who want nothing more than pets, cuddles, and a good tall cat tree to hang out on. Red is a cat who falls securely in the second category. Red is a big sweet boy who craves cuddles and companionship, happily leaving behind his days as a tom cat to enjoy the comforts of indoor life at Dolly’s Legacy. After experiencing the good life, he’s proven to be a loyal companion who thrives on being near his people, often following them as a constant shadow. Quick to purr and eager for affection, Red will gently headbutt your hands for more love. He’s trained and is a delightful house cat, with no special needs. While still learning how to play, he gets excited about catnip and feather wands. This laid-back and gentle cat would fit well in almost any home; however, he may be a bit nervous with unexpected touches, making a household with kids over 10 ideal. Older, cat-savvy children are welcome, and Red has shown great compatibility with all cats and dogs in his foster home, making him an excellent choice for a family looking for a sweet-tempered, easygoing companion. If you’re ready to share your life with a loving feline friend, Red is the perfect match! Red is a Tabby Domestic Shorthair. He was born approximately 2-14-22. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Adoption fee is $100 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. If interested in adopting one of our available dogs or puppies, you must first complete an online adoption application at https://dollyslegacyanimalrescue.org/cat-adoption/You will be contacted by our adoption coordinator via email after your application has been reviewed & approved to schedule an appointment.
